Well cleaned and disinfected floors, rows of good working industrial grade washing machines. The white have a little larger barrel.

This is one of the better coin laundries in Miami Beach. It is well maintained and has a lot of machines that you can use. If you are a tourist or a local in need a good coin laundry I can recommend this place. Just be careful of the old dragon lady manager, get in do your stuff and don't wake up the dragon. :) They even have Pepsi machine for cold beverages while you wait and the AC is on normal inside so it is not too hot or too cold to wait. Folding tables are cleaned regularly.

I went a couple of times over 3 weeks and the staff was kind, the laundromat was clean, the machines are in good shape. The dryers are especially powerful. The machines operate via quarters only. So bring your change or dollars as they have machines to get quarters. There's a couple of chairs in case you need to sit, parking in the front and back of the shopping center, and fans for ventilation. They also have additional services - to drop off your clothes/ items to be washed and dried and dry cleaning as well.

The place is relatively clean, with plenty of washers and dryers and tables to fold / organize clean laundry. The shift manager was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and kind to us. She provided key guidance on how to select a washer (small, medium, large) based on our load, how to purchase and fill a laundry card, and approximate drying time and capacity of the dryers. Sobe Suds is well-maintained and well-managed. They also sell high-quality, large capacity fabric laundry bags for $8. Highly recommend!

We love Cool Clean for the exceptional care they take with our clothes, perfect to the T. We greatly appreciate the quality of their hangers, their delivery service, and their reliability in respecting schedules. As we travel extensively for work, this is a tremendous advantage and something we truly value. Amy and Lucy are an absolute delight to work with. The owner of the company is the kind of person you can trust to do what is right and make a difference when it matters. We need to support and help keep these local mom-and-pop businesses thriving. They truly make a difference, and that has become increasingly rare. Thank you to all of you for making our lives easier. Your efficiency, dedication, and respect for your clients are proof that outstanding customer service and work done with pride still exist.

It would be an easy fix to use cream colored cotton. the worst part was the receptionist advised me to maybe cover up the shoddy workmanship with beads or trinkets. What??? You didn't do your job and now it's my problem to fix? That's like going to a restaurant and complaining the food is bad and the chef tells you to put your own sauce on it. To add insult to injury they charged me $71 dollars to fix it. I would have rather they just called me and said they couldn't accomplish what I asked and let me take it somewhere else.
