Tonight has given us And all of rest customers huge disaster experience had to put up with this newest employee whom works there has been acting like narcissistic and very unprofessional (she wore sea green color shirt with black skinny jeans(highlighted hair) always had her iPod on) . Unfortunately, miami coin laundry business has been going downhill because of her nonstop screaming and shown us disrespect such as unfriendly customer service! Extremely unacceptable behavior we couldn't get our clothes,blankets, bed settings,and towels barely get dried up well because of most all dryer machines collapsed without giving us time! No one should haunt and attacking customers during their laundry time. look at this bright side, nobody would want to come in there when she works there or old dragon witch work there for many good reason! Especially, all dryer machines needed be repair and reducing all costs for using washer and dryer machine would have been more helpful and shown consideration make our community look better...... eniugh by enough seeing how this laundromat gotten worse and worse since coronavirus pandemic situation (nothing changed ).. frankly, it's the best thing to do with it; find new laundromat nearby where you live then go somewhere do laundry by five star laundromat brings out courtesy customer service without any conflictation.... ;) read more

Small washing machines will cost $3.75 and big machines will cost $7.00. Dryers are .25 cents for about 10 mins. Place ain't the greatness but it's clean n well maintained. The machines run great! The attendant was friendly, helpful and professional for sure. I came here when it opened at 7am on a Saturday morning and there was only 2 customers. By the time I left at 9am, there was 6 customers. Parking sucks cause it's street parking so be aware of that. There is a small grocery store next door which serves hot food n drinks too. Also there is a few homeless individuals roaming around or sitting nearby. It's a working class neighborhood so many here are friendly and speak Spanish. read more

This is one of the better coin laundries in Miami Beach. It is well maintained and has a lot of machines that you can use. If you are a tourist or a local in need a good coin laundry I can recommend this place. Just be careful of the old dragon lady manager, get in do your stuff and don't wake up the dragon. :) They even have Pepsi machine for cold beverages while you wait and the AC is on normal inside so it is not too hot or too cold to wait. We needed to get our laundry done and the only place that was open and somewhat closer to where we are staying on ocean drive was this place. Walked there for 12 minutes and arrived at 9:30pm only to be told by the lady that they were closed.... PLEASE NOTE:This place says it's open till 11pm on the website and when we called. When we told the lady it says till 11pm she said it takes them over an hour to clean!!! How is this our problem? If it takes over an hour to clean then say you are closed at 9pm rather than misleading the public thinking you are open till 11pm!!!! Waste of time! read more

I just walked in here to see that the owner(s) have went up on the price of these old outdated,broken, work when they want them wash machines and driers... from $2.00 about 4yrs ago to $2.75 now $3.50. But I'm not the one to argue prices when I need to do my laundry. I just hope they are raising money for new appliances sometime very soon. read more

Had enough of this place I've been going here for 3 or 4 years now and over time have realized when I drop off laundry I only get some of it back specifically my cheap stuff. Almost every time I leave a nice pair of pants or an expensive shirt it comes up missing but never fear I usually get someone else's clothes as well. It's like a clothing swap I dont like. I stopped using the machines cause they destroyed numerous clothing items and blankets and now place smells like a dirty bathroom. I will never ever use this place. The lady in charge removed my clothes off the dryer because she wanted that specific dryer while there was more thank available. My clothes were still wet. She then asked me to give her the money she put in and I could continue to dry there. Pointless then after telling her that wasn't nice she bumps into me with the laundry cart and no sorry no excuse me. At the very end I told her that the coon machine wasn't working and I needed coins and she refused to give me quarters and after a polite exchanged she made a racial remark that no one should ever do based on anyone's race. The lady who works here (short blonde/reddish hair) yelled at me when I walked in. I was carrying two bags of laundry (I guess she didn't see them) and she thought I was there to only use the coin machine. I pointed to the laundry I was carrying and made my way over to the coin machine. I pulled out a $20.00...got yelled at again. Apparently I can't use a $20.00 even though the machine says $5, $10, $20 on it. She gave me smaller bills and I went to exchange the $10 bill for quarters since I had a lot of laundry (average cost $2.50-$3.00 per load). Yelled at again, apparently I can only use $5. Something is seriously wrong with this employee. Keep in mind that this was at 8 am on a Wednesday. read more

It's a laundry - you can do it yourself or get them to do it. I did it all by myself. Costs range from about $2.50 for a smaller load to $3.00 for a bigger load. They have dryers! They work! $1.00 should dry most medium sized loads. They have a change machine, they have a drinks vending machine. There is somewhere to sit, there are places around to get food. Machines all worked, I could even buy powder, dryer sheets or softener if ideally wanted to get serious. Cons: there is no hot tub to relax in while my laundry is done by someone other than me. read more

Nothing special. Just a very basic coin operated laundromat with both self and full-service laundering as well as dry cleaning services. All of the machines appear to be fully functional. Minimal sitting room though, and it isn't very comfortable to wait. Also, this is a native Spanish speaking owned establishment, so expect some difficulty if you don't speak the language. read more

I checked out every other coin laundry in my area in South Beach and for some reason Miami Coin Laundry seemed the safest bet. For the most part, it was alright..but one of the machines took my money without washing. Buuuuut I'm glad it didn't because it had DOG POOP in the washer....found that out the hard way. If I am in a pinch and need to wash clothes near by, I will come back. I'll be trying out a new spot next time. read more

The machine I was using malfunctioned and was stuck on a cycle. Wasting an additional hour and a half of my day. They opened up the machine an put it on rinse cycle. They didn't offer an explanation, they barley even said a word to me. Afterwards, they didn't put an out of order sign on it.. Dryer door kept opening too. I would not recommend this place read more
