I came to this location hoping to be approved for a small loan. I was greeted pleasantly by Benjamin who assisted me in the process. Benjamin made me feel valued even though I wasn't yet approved for the loan. He mentioned that I had applied five years ago at exactly the same date. I was not approved then so I was hoping for better results this time. After review, I was approved! Sheana is horrible!!! She had us waiting while she took calls. She wouldn't accept our lease as a form of proof of where we live. She'd rather make us change documents online in a bank app so that the address is shown there, than to accept our lease. She claimed there has to be a 30-day window (only), documentation that shows our address. According to her, that was the only way that proof of address would suffice. Me and my husband came in cheerful after work trying to get a loan. While trying to gather documents she decided to take calls. After her call she took two more calls. I had to ask if she's still helping us and she literally told us after I finish these calls. The rudest customer service experience I have ever had, not only in Henderson but EVER!! Sheana was and is horrible. She needs to go back to the drawing board when comes to customer service. No thanks ‍!!! read more

Absolutely the slowest most horrible experience I've ever had getting a payday loan! Problems getting a manager to approve. When the other employee got a manager on line when she was done she was supposed to transfer her that manager to my help nope she hung up! I finally got pre approved after one hour wait. Then had to wait for manager to sign off another 40 minute wait! Literally said no to everything I asked. Manager hung up on the employee trying to get approval 3x for different reasons. This companies management skills are a joke! 2 customers that came in after me got loans and money before I got mine!! I recommend using any other payday loan company! read more

This was our first experience working with a lending institution like this. We simply needed a gap loan until we could obtain some money out of our annuity. We spend all day and many hours filling out the application online, submitting all the documentation they requested, answering all their questions repeatedly. The agents at the location on 642 E. Horizon Dr., Suite 100 Henderson NV 89015 were inexperienced and rude. They lacked knowledge on common verbiage on what they required. Ashley was obviously new at this job and Alaila was rude and unhelpful. We were told we were approved and had to complete one final signature and they didn't even attached the file to the email, so when we called them back to ask about the attachment and they told us we weren't approved. What? Really? This is by far the most unprofessional, unorganized and unethical place to do business. Maybe it was because they weren't going to make a lot of money off of our loan since we only needed it for a short time. Don't do business with businesses who want to profit off of you instead of help you in a time of need. It would have been more beneficially for us to go to our credit union and go through their process than take this unprofessional treatment. And by the way the manager, Edward, wouldn't even address the issue of being approved and then denied because "corporate" made that decision. LAME place to do business. read more
