I called Money Tree and they said they could do it, but when I showed up they said the same thing other two banks said. I called PayPal in frustration and they deposited my check for free. Overall a pretty weird, frustrating situation, but I figured it was worth a Yelp as I didn't realize PayPal did stuff like this and without needing to drive or wait around in line. I am giving Money Tree 3 stars despite their inability to help me, because their front desk staff was pretty nice. This review is mainly a reflection of the business and not so much the employees.

One Nevada very kindly and patiently walked me through each and every issue. Whether in person or on the phone, I have NEVER had anything close to a negative experience. They always go above and beyond to help me and then some. For example, I went into the branch today with my granddaughter and Miss Yvonne was so kind and helpful. Just a genuinely nice person. Again, she went above and beyond to help me with an issue that most banks don't handle. But, she found a way to help me with two separate issues I was having. BEWARE THEY REFUSE TO RELEASE MY TITLE…read more paid off my title loan in 2019 never got the title back because they said it was lost in the mail ive spent the last three months trying to get it released from the company but they keep lying and saying the DMV has it which is not true at all i've been there five times now and spoke to the highest manager. the dmv has instructed me that legal action is probably my only solution to getting my title back.
