Ive had a very terrible experience at the eastern and horizon ridge location. Bianca was rude, very unprofessional, the way she treated me was disrespectful. just because im applying for a loan gives her a right to treat me that way. i wouldnt recommend this location. theres other location you can go to where you would get good service. i thought the process was easy and the staff are helpful and nice.it turned out the other way around. zero stars for this location! read more

This is our first time doing a signature loan & I am not ashamed to admit that sometimes you just need a little more $$ to make it through!! We went to the Las Vegas location & the girl there named Diana was hella rude. No smiles no customer service, even when I complimented about her long glitter pink nails. So we ended the application & had to go back home for a piece of mail with our address on. Sooo we skipped the Las Vegas location & came to this Henderson location. The girls in their was alot more friendlier & smiled too! Bianca was very understanding & at least she answered my questions. Well we'll be back to only this location. read more

Terrible experience. Went in at 2:45, they told me they had to send info to corporate and review my info and they would get back to me in 25 min. Sign on the door says get approved in minutes, message on the website also mentions LESS THAN 30 min for a decision. I got a call at 5:45pm...15 min before they closed just to get told i was denied. No explanation as to why and they also wasted 3 hours of my time. I waited in the area because I did not want to go too far when they were going to call me in "25 min". If I would have known it would be 3 hours I would have went home and did some important things but these people just wasted my time. Would not recommend AT ALL. Would not expect something to take 3 HOURS! read more

Terrible customer service and even worse organizational skills. I was wanting to get a loan to improve my credit score a little bit and decided to try DLS. So, I stopped into the store and filled out an application and was told they would call me with a decision after they have verified all my references and checked credit. The next day they called me to tell me I was approved for a loan and all that was needed from me to complete the process was to bring in was my most recent paystub's, ID and proof of address. I showed up that evening after work with my documents and was told everything checked out... NOW, all we have to do is verify your employment. What? Why wasn't this done before I drove all the way down there? Of course HR was already closed at that time and they were unable to verify employment. Wasted a trip. They told me they would have to verify employment tomorrow and to come back another day. Later I received a voicemail stating that they were able to verify my employment after-all and to call back to set up a time to complete the process. When I called them back, they said they need authorization to run my credit AGAIN because apparently the one they ran six days ago was no longer valid. (Seriously??) This of course affects my credit score by having a second inquiry on it. (they said it doesn't effect my credit, it just shows up as an inquiry....wrong) Although I was a little sideways because they had to run my credit again, I went ahead an authorized it anyway. Shortly after that they called me back to inform me that I was once again approved and to come in with my documents. I drove down there AGAIN and was told that they could not complete the process AGAIN because the paystub's that I brought into them we're not good enough in there eyes. This was because I was paid three days ago and they wanted that paystub. Unfortunately, I get direct deposit and have not received that paycheck stub in the mail yet. Even though I offered to show them my bank account summary to prove that I was paid, but just haven't received that particular stub yet, I was told no and to come back with that paycheck stub once I receive it. PROBLEM WITH THAT-- it will be a few days before I receive that stub in the mail and by that time, they're going to want to run my credit again because it will be "outdated." around and around we go. This place is a joke and apparently they hire complete airheads. So if you want to have your credit ran several times and make several trips to their office to get a high interest loan, this is the place for you. I will make sure that everyone of my friends, family, coworkers and colleagues never use Dollar Loan Center's services. read more

First time being there last week. The staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The young lady in the front even went out of her way to help me through her lunch break. Much can be said about the manager who was practically on her phone the whole time. Even moments later when a customer was really upset the manager all the way in the back didn't even address the matter while it was getting worse and just got up with her phone and went to the back the whole time and didn't even bother to solve the issue. Very unprofessional if you ask me.Even though my loan was finished at a different office location due to some computer and or money issue that was going on at that location, my experience all in all was good thanks to the other gals inside that store. read more
