I just wanted to take the time and write a review for my grandmother who is very pleased with the service she has been receiving at check city on Silverado ranch. She has had bad experiences with a couple of places because they didn't understand her well because she speaks more Spanish than English but she has told me that at this check city there is a very nice girl who not only is she very pretty she is also BILINGUAL Which is a huge plus for us. Lucy, has been so much help to my grandma. She helps her and is very good at explaining and answering any questions we have and she is very nice and polite I wish there would be more people like her. Also I can not forget about Jessica who helped me with my taxes, even though the outcome I'd hoped for didn't prevail, but Jessica did! She was very informative and helpful in understanding my taxes being that I'm newly self employed. In closing, you absolutely can not GO WRONG giving Check City on Silverado a shot for times in need! I don't normally do review but I just wanted to say that on Friday I went in to load my Netspend card and I was helped by the person who sold it to me in the first place. Man, Lucy is so amazing! She's one of the happiest girls I've met . She always has a smile in her face and she's cheerful always greeting everyone. I told her I wasn't going to do my taxes with check city because I have my person but she made sure to talk about all the benefits and made sure I took my flyer haha I'm really considering switching my person and coming to check city and bringing some people to earn that extra cash she told me about. Came in today and was super happy it was open for one and then these ladies Micah and Michelle I believe we're their names greeted me so friendly and I originally just wanted to cash my check but got interested in getting a net spend card so Micah helped me out super quick to do everything within like 10 minutes I swear. They only charged me $20 to cash a $400 cashier's check, and I was in/out in less than 15 minutes. VERY friendly and courteous staff!
