I have been to this location N20 before and even though they have at least 4 or 5 people working in there they can't seem to do things in a timely manner. One time there was a hold on my account at a different location and these people couldn't figure out a way to clear it and said I need to go get that cleared at that location. I just went down the street to another location and they made some calls and cleared it like they are supposed to do. Then today I went to take out a loan and they said there was a note saying I am supposed to bring in my new paycheck stub. Like any normal person I don't carry my paycheck stubs around so I told them I'll bring it next time. After a few minutes of deliberating and going back and forth between the managers I could see I will be there for a while and probably be denied like the last time they didn't know how to resolve the issue so I asked for my card back and just went to another branch again (n26) and Of course within minutes at the other location I was given my loan and asked to bring in my paystub next time. ​ I borrow too much money from check city to have to deal with nonsense. I,am not on the account nor do I have an account with them but figured since it was made out on a BofA check, there would be no problem. I handed the teller the check and my ID. After several questions about my banking habits, the check was cash, however, there was an $8.00 service charge. REALLY? For a check made out on your own check. Some banks are really scraping the bottom of the barrel for more cash.
