If you rent here, be prepared to move out in 4 months or pay extremely high rates. Every 4 months…read morethey will double your rates and they will not work with you. Instead you have to move your items somewhere else (or book another unit with their current sales) Facilities are nice. The associates on site have little to no power when it comes to rates. Mostly there to assign units and schedule move out dates. (Other than keeping facilities clean).

They are an 'F' rating on BBB, no response from corporate on any complaints. The office is unattended most the time, hence kids riding ATVs around up and down the aisles and in between RV spaces. Take pictures of your stuff after parking!!! As you can see in the pictures, it's empty for a reason. They have failed to respond to my complaint after sending it to upper management.
