Been there for just under a year and the price is now close to double after two price increases. Was expecting 160.00 bill after getting used to the first increase only to find out it increased by $80 this month according to customer service. Renters beware. We have been utilizing this business for 16 months while building a home. We have received 4 price increase... that's right.. 4. Corporate price gauging at its finest. The guys on location are super nice, but do not control rates. The latest is a 40% increase.. "due to market conditions". Such B.S. can't wait to get out of there. read more

I had a very short unit lease with this company, but it was nothing short of satisfactory. Everytime I arrived to load things in I was greeted with a smile, and they answered any questions I had. Storage is also air conditioned so that's a plus. read more

Good things: Facility is in perfect condition and always cool inside. Staff is friendly. And the bad: rates are already higher than other places. After 4 months, they sent us a letter saying that our rates are going up 10%. Take that in to consideration when looking for a place to store your stuff. read more

I made a reservation May 26, 2022 at this location in anticipation of overflow from my move on May 31, 2022. After I finished moving on June 2nd we realized that we were not going to need the storage unit after all. We never even went into the storage facility or opened the unit. On June 4th I went to the facility to ask for a refund since I never used the unit and they refused saying that too much time had passed. So my move in date was May 26th and I went to ask for a refund on June 4th and they claim that 9 days is too much time. I did have to go back to work in between there too. If this is going to be how they treat people, by taking money even though no service was provided I would suggest not using them. read more

After several attempts, I was able to speak with someone from corporate. Peter was a pleasure to speak with and was able to work with me to minimize the rent increase to 17.5%. Still significant. I was told this is due to supply and demand. It is a nice facility but I did find at least one other comparable facility with availability at a lower monthly rent. Since I am out of state, moving is not an option at this time. Even if I were there, moving my things would be a huge inconvenience. So although I am relieved they were able to work with me, this is still a high price to pay. read more
