Crooked mechanics "Jason" &"Candy" .....My son dropped his car off for a small problem they charged us 1,300 paid cash for several parts said the car was done we attempted to pick the car up 3 times it over heated on the free way in 120 degree weather Jason kept saying bring it back then they said it was done once again it failed the sign says they sell tires and they said they don't feel comfortable test driving the vehicle because the tire lol we paid 1,300 in random parts why would we not buy a tire so we had to go buy a tire 3 mins down the street for 50$ lol just so they can test drive the car! One month later now it's a blow head gasket....... DO NOT GO HERE. First of all, I came in for a small leak. They tried to tell me that my car had "several other issues" besides the leak and the repair was going to cost me $2,365. I went to the area where the mechanic had my car and told him to explain and show me "all the other issues" my car had and he COULD NOT EXPLAIN ANYTHING BESIDES THE LEAK. I knew they were full of shit so I took it to the dealership and the dealership verified that there was nothing else wrong with my car besides the small leak. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. They will tell you lies about what is wrong with your car to get more money out of you. Apart from these lies, the person who drove my car into the workshop area BROKE MY SPLITTER. THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME THEMSELVES THAT THEY BROKE IT. I never leave reviews but this is needed as I feel like I was taken advantage of. I'll start off by saying I appreciate them for getting me in on short notice Saturday but other than that the service was piss poor. Front desk lady was rude (because she knew I had to pay to get my card back regardless). I was charged $177 and $133 of the charge was labor. A few months back, my car started making an odd noise that wasn't coming from the engine and increased with acceleration. Although I'm not a mechanic, I was fairly certain it as the wheel bearings, and my brake pads were due for a replacement as well. I drive hundreds of miles a week for work and school commuting, so I knew I needed to get it taken care of ASAP. I first went to another place on the recommendation of family, and they claimed to do a test drive and replaced my solenoids for nearly $1000. This didn't resolve the issue and they simply told me "there's nothing wrong with the car that we can fix" I found Mobile Man through the recommendations of multiple people in the Nextdoor app. From my first interactions with Jason via text, he was highly responsive and professional and listened to my concerns. I checked in my car late Saturday afternoon before closing with Isaia (apologies if that's a misspelling) and he was great as well - friendly, took notes, and told me I would hear from someone on Monday. When they called me on Monday, they confirmed that the brake pads were in need of replacement and that a test drive confirmed my suspicions about the front wheel bearings being the cause of the noise I was hearing while driving. Due to the mileage, I elected to have a tune up done as well. I was given a detailed estimate over the phone and they didn't try to up-sell me or pressure me into any additional maintenance. I picked up my car on Tuesday and she runs like new. Pricing was pretty standard, and I finally enjoy driving my car again. As a woman, there is always some apprehension about being ripped off or treated like you don't have any idea about what your car needs. That was not the case here. I have zero complaints and highly recommend this place for any car maintenance. read more

And my car is running beautifully. I called him on the phone they said bring the car and they fixed it that day matter fact they drove me at least 30 miles home and came back and got me when my car was done. Honest mechanics are worth their weight in gold! I was here a couple months ago for what I thought would be a very expensive fix to my air conditioning system. Turns out all I needed was more freon. He did say there might be a small leak it would have to be very small as the vehicle ran for 3 years with AC fine before any issues. They could have easily turned a $79 air conditioning service in to a several hundred dollar repair and I would not have known any better cannot thank these guys enough for their honesty and how quick the work was done I hope I don't need Auto Repair anytime in the near future but you can be sure they will have my business when I do! read more

A bunch of crooks over there !! Paid $1200 for a "new" AC unit air never worked like a new unit. Every time we took it back we got the run-a-round "there's probably something else wrong with it" of course they want us to pay them more money to fix the "new" AC unit that they installed. I was in a bind. It was Friday evening already past 6pm. I called and actually spike to a real person. He told me Jason would be calling me in the morning. I continued to message other mobile mechanics. No responses that eve. The next morning I started my search again. Got a few responses but with uncertainty. Sure enough Jason called me. Knew what I was describing and gave me a quote with us understanding there may be more damage once he would get into it. They asked if I needed a tow. I said yes. Within the hour the truck was in front of my house. Already impressed. Candice and Jason contacted me to let me know where we were at and price. As I knew, I did damage my truck worst for lack of time and money. They did a great job. Jason worked late on a Saturday to get my truck done, right!!!. Glad I found this family owned business. I am a female with little to no vehicle know-how. I have gone to Jason for over 10 years and would highly recommend him. He takes a look at the vehicle and then comes in to discuss the repairs that are necessary and need to be done now, and then he will discuss the other things he sees or notices getting worn or needing repairs soon. I have never had a dealing with him that I worried I was being charged for something I didn't need or charged more than I thought was reasonable. I have referred several female co-workers to him because he is so honest and its hard to find someone like him. Small shop so you might have to wait, but he is worth it. read more

If I could I would give them 0 stars. I took my car in to have the power steering pump replaced. They charged me for 2 hours of labor $120. We all know that it doesn't take two hours to change it, however I picked up my car and made all kinds of weird noises, it was losing power steering fluid. So I took the car back and spoke with Jason. He told me that the power steering pump is bad that I need to get a different one and will have to pay again $120 to have it installed. What a rip off, they didn't even check to see if it was installed correctly. I took my car to Sundance auto on 20th Street and Van Buren to find out that the returned line was not tighten and that was the reason it was losing power steering fluid. DO NOT EVER USE MOBILE MAN MECHANIC IN TOLLESON I know for sure I will never use them again nor are my family and friends! Stay away from these incompetent people. read more
