You put the clothes on the bed in the spare bedroom. You forget to close the door. You step out for a moment to find your phone. You come back. There is pee. So the moral of the story is there is why we can't have nice things kids...because someone...who shall remain anonymous....pees on everything! Of course we all know once a cat pees on something do matter how many times you wash the darn thing the smell never really quite comes out. So every few months or so we have to throw out the blankets that's laying on the couch, the kitchen rug, the cat beds, etc. I use to go to Wal Mart for the stuff but then I discovered Big Lots! Ha! They have these great throws that I use as cat beds for the kitties for about $8.00-$14.00. They wash nicely and most of all they don't accumulate as much cat hair as some of the other blankets. Since it's winter time coming up I came in to buy 2 big blankets to put outside on the patio for the stray cats that come by at night. On really cold night I like to put a big plastic container with a blanket some food and water for them to sleep in. This Big lots is well organized and they seem to be running lots of sales lately....sweet. I notice they have lots of nice furniture here as well. I've never bought furniture here but I did sit in a very comfortable recliner seat that made me wanna grab some popcorn and watch some Game of Thrones...If you're in the area and got some time for shopping...it's not a bad place to browse....

This Kohl's is off to it's self and sits directly on Cobb Parkway. Parking is not an issue, as this Kohl's has this ginormous lot all to itself! So, if you don't find a parking spot, you didn't try at all. Like most Kohl's the store was well kept, organized and clean. Condition wise you could see the age of the store on the flooring, ceiling and in the dressing room, but it was just your normal wear and tear of a retail spot. Speaking of dressing rooms, that is the only place that was a little off, as it was piled with clothes that had not been ran back to the racks. Not sure if they hit it once a day, but if so...that makes for a long night for whoever gets that duty! I have noticed that Kohl's has dropped stock in Men's formal wear as they majority of the items available are flat colors and separates instead of patterned and sets. The sets don't bother me, but I did want a little pop in my slacks or jacket, but sadly could not find it at this location. Overall, I am a Kohl's fan and even have the credit card to prove it. I do not frequent this part of town, but when in need or in the area, this Kohl's is a solid spot to shop.

Stayed at the Hampton Inn in Kennesaw which is close to Town Centre Mall where we go each year (except last year because of Covid) for the Grandkids to meet Santa. My wife says she always forgets to pack something and when we got up the next morning (Black Friday) we discovered she forgot to pack my underwear or at the briefs. Time for a quick run to the store and when I asked her where she wanted to go, she said Kohl's since that is where the rest of my underwear came from. Quick search on Google and we found this store which was only about 5 miles away and also about 2 miles from Truist (formerly BB&T) which we also wanted to hit. Found it easily. Store was busy but not packed but for Black Friday, they had been open since 5am. Good selection and with six registers open, shopping was a breeze. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Not sure if they if they are like this the rest of the year but they sure made a great impression of one of the most hectic shopping days of the year. Very well organized and staffed.

If your mattress is discontinued and you manage to win the warranty claim, instead of being able to exchange for a new mattress they give you a credit that won't cover the cost of the equivalent mattress from that same brand. I also contacted the brand and they assured me that Mattress Firm would do the right thing, they didn't. Offering an extra $300 off for a mattress I should not have to replace is unfair. The mattress was discontinued due to well known issues with that model, you would think they would see this and make it right. But, they only want you to spend more of your hard earned money "so they can upgrade you" ! They have lost my business, I hope if you read this you choose a better company to give your business to!

The salesman who sold me the mattress and the cover for the mattress because of her mobility problems. Due to a fall in March 20th of 2026 . Breaking her femur and fractured her hip on her left leg and side of her hip . Because of that she had been sent to a rehabilitation center and only got worse . She insisted that she come home and rehab with in home health care . My sister said she could damage the surgery that was done and she should sleep on a twin mattress with a mattress cover in case she had an accident and it would be easier to clean up. My mom refused to sleep on the mattress. So I never unboxed it or open the mattress cover. I had to get her a stairlift eventually because she couldn't get upstairs to her bedroom. I was told no refund for the mattress or the cover. So I still have both of them in my garage.
