If you've ever watched A&E's Hoarders that is what this place is... it is a dumpster of of closed unknown merchandise, you have to get a worker to see what's in every box, that's a task in itself. On top of that the bigger furniture pieces like consoles, lawnmowers, lawn furniture... the owner is charging more than it would be at a Marshall's or TJ Maxx... $300 for a lawnmower, $350 for a console (just check out FB Marketplace). Why they aren't opening the boxes as they come in and categorizing which table they'd belong is beyond my understanding. I also don't understand why there isn't prices on the furniture, seems as if they are haggling, giving different prices to different ppl. Needless to say I won't be back. Don't make the hike to check this place out I'm sure you'll pass better stores.

About five minutes before closing, employees were repeatedly telling customers to hurry because the store was about to close. I understood that the store was closing soon, so I was trying to make my purchase as quickly as possible. I asked an employee where the cheese was, but he initially refused to answer me. I explained that I only needed to get cheese and leave. I was standing near the cheese section and specifically told him that I was looking for mozzarella cheese, but I did not know which product to choose. I asked him for help choosing the correct one and even pointed out that the cheese was right in front of us. Instead of helping me, he took the shopping cart containing my items without telling me and pulled it from inside the store toward the checkout area. Meanwhile, I was carrying two heavy boxes of cheese by myself and had to walk a considerable distance to the checkout. By the time I reached him, I was exhausted and out of breath because I was rushing to finish my purchase before closing. I told him that this was not an appropriate way to treat a customer. I explained that other stores normally close the doors at closing time and allow customers who are already inside to finish their purchases rather than rushing them out or refusing to provide basic assistance. I asked to speak with a manager so I could explain what happened. He told me that he was the manager. I was very disappointed by the response and the way the situation was handled. I understand that employees have to close the store on time, but customers who are already inside should still be treated with respect and given reasonable assistance, especially when they are trying to make a purchase quickly. I hope management takes this experience seriously and reviews how customers are treated near closing time.
