The item didn't have an SKU. Huffing and puffing, she asked if I knew how much it was. I turned the plastic container around and showed her the sticker: $12.99. She, in turn, replied, " I still need to scan it." Management came up and did the same exact thing with more gusto! I expected that management would be able to enter a code and enter the price, and I would be on my way. Well, instead, they stood there arguing about what to do, how to do it, and who to call. The Manager left, and finally, I left without purchasing anything. No acknowledgment that I was standing there as a customer, no acknowledgment that I was not taken care of. Nothing.. It's a shame that people have no common courtesy. SHAME ON YOU, ROSES EDUCATE YOUR EMPLOYEES!
