Parking wasn't a problem. There were multiple spots available. Once we parked, we decided to check out stores. This location has a nice variety, everything from the Hilton Head T-shirt company to Salty Dog, to Nike, Vans, Banana Republic, Crocs, and more. Also, pro tip, if you download the Tanger outlet, multiple stores had additional coupons available. I didn't fare too well at this section, but got a shirt from Salty Dog for me and my husband.

I did get an adorable White House/Black Market Top, and other great finds. She was very helpful and took my name so that she could call me when other items come in that she felt I would like. When you enter the store it is clean, the shelves are usually full or being filled and most of all YOU ARE GREETED BY EVERY EMPLOYEE usually with a smile. It is very apparent that ALL the employees in this store enjoy where they work. I have spoken with the manager, assistant managers and employees and have been greeted with a very pleasant hello. If my wife or I need a question answered or assistance finding things the employee will usually stop what they are doing to help us. You are made to feel that no request is too much to ask. Yesterday I spoke with Rob and his assistant and they both went out of their way to accommodate us with a THANK YOU for shopping the store. IT IS A GREAT PLACE TO SHOP. By the way, it is much closer for us to shop the mega store but the experience there is not close to the experience at this store. I went to cash a check--a service they advertise offering--and waited about 10 minutes in the customer service area, but no one came to assist me. When I found an employee and asked for help, she told me that it "wasn't her area." I later found out that she was actually the manager of that section. I waited again, and when another customer arrived, the manager immediately came out to assist them. That customer pointed out that I had been waiting first. When I tried to explain that I simply wanted to cash a check, the manager interrupted me before I could even finish speaking and told me that the machine was broken. The fact that the machine was broken was not the main issue. What bothered me was the complete lack of attention, the dismissive attitude, and the way I was spoken to. A manager should be setting an example for good customer service, not making customers feel like they are an inconvenience for asking for help. I left feeling extremely uncomfortable and humiliated. This was a very disappointing experience, and I hope management takes a serious look at how customers are being treated.

Curbside pickup is free if you order $35 or more worth of products on the Website or App. We were running a little late for this pick up (still within the one hour window) but a Walmart Employee called us to make sure we knew where to go and check that we were not lost. This is going above and beyond in my opinion. When we arrived two ladies loaded our car and wished us well. The order was correct with nothing missing. The Pick Up area is to the left of the building in marked parking spots. This is so easy for both Visitors to the Island and Locals.
