Also, when trying to find previous purchases (for returns), you can only search by every 3 months on their app. You should be able to put a product code in and scan for it across all purchases. We spent an hour looking for a prior purchase, and then worked with an employee in store to find the purchase on their systems to no avail. Combine old systems with the Saturday morning craziness (people were rushing around and I almost got hit by frantic shoppers trying to get out of Costco as quickly as possible so many times), and you have a recipe for a pretty negative shopping experience. Yes, they have good prices on gas and bulk items, and their employees are very nice - no issue there, just need better technology and a different culture to eliminate the 'frantic shopping' feel.

Wallaroo's had the best selection and sales prices by far!! And they have a lot of couch options where you can buy them in sections - so however many "sections" of the couch you want to fit in your room - and they all look great. They have a large warehouse full of couches, chairs, dressers, side hutches, tables, mattresses - and even some pretty impressive "smart mattresses" with tons of mind-blowing features like vibrating in coordination with the surround sound on your TV so you feel like you're in the movie haha! They had huge discounts on Black Friday! Our couch was several hundred dollars cheaper - we were blown away. They offer $99 delivery which includes set up - even if you have an upstairs apartment. We found that to be pretty standard for the area. This is a new location and is in a shopping center with plenty of parking. Our salesman Garrett helped us on both visits and was just lovely! He's very knowledgeable, so friendly, and not pressuring at all!! Made us feel right at home. We are so happy with the whole experience here and love my son's new couch!

been looking at sofas for a whole day at those big furniture stores. either they don't have the…read morestyle that we want or the color. it has been really challenging to buy one that fit right into our places. went to this store without expectation and within minutes we found many pieces that we love. we bought our sofa here maybe under 20 mins? what's more amazing is it's 50% off the original price. besides that their service is really good, we felt we were being heard and they were not trying to just make money out of you but also want to make sure you can get the piece with the price that you want. I would definitely come back for more pieces in our place.
