This store is very well stocked and clean. I found some 60 sheet sketchbooks at this location, and a nice selection of hair clips. The cat collars have bows (most stores don't carry this collar) and the cat toys have a good variety. Since every location has a different focus, I'd have to say this one leans towards arts and crafts. There's a nice selection for little side projects are affordable options for your kids. I can't comment on the service since I didn't actually see anyone nearby. I used self-checkout--something more stores seem to be switching over to now. read more

Went to get balloons today for my daughter's birthday. It's not even busy in the store. I was in line, asked for the balloons, then Cheyanne wrote them down, and then asked me to wait while she got the few people in line behind me. I said okay and told her I was going to put the stuff I bought into my car, and then came back as she finished with the line. She blows up the balloons and I am waiting patiently, then someone else walks up to the counter and she gets impatient and starts jingling her keys.. Instead of ringing me up when Cheyanne is done, Cheyanne made me go to the back of the line to wait again to pay. Completely unfair to make me wait TWICE. I was in line already waiting. Some act too bougie for dollar tree but I love it for Holiday decorations and my face cleaning products! I really don't buy anything else from there but it's definitely better for the items mentioned! People complained about the price increase by. 25 but in reality things sold here are still worth more! My rubbing alcohol, peroxide and cotton balls from here are perfect! Sometimes, I'll get paper towels from here, only because I don't feel like going into a big store. Yes, I recommend stopping! What's not to love about Dollar Tree? You walk in there, get everything you need for $1 a piece. One of your kids turns to you and asks "Dad, can I get this?" I reply "You damn right you can!" My other kid does the same, and this process is repeated at least 3X, and your know what? The answer is the same, because EVERYTHING IS A DOLLAR! This is the safest place to be when you're in the "Treat yo' self" mood. read more

This is a great little Dollar Tree, not the hugest one in town but the employees are especially nice and everything is clean and organized. The employees really know their merchandise too, everything I asked about they were able to tell me where it was or let me know that it was something they didn't carry or were out of. read more

This dollar tree is at a strip mall in Chandler blvd,a few stores away from Nordstrom rack. It is huge with clean and organised aisles. I always scout dollar tree for party supplies and gifting options like gift bags,bows,ribbons,boxes etc (which can be pretty expensive at other fancy stores). Even the inflated balloons are a dollar,although the choices are limited it's still a good deal. They also have a decent supply of craft materials,cute notebooks and other stationery. I forget that the Dollar Tree store has some cool stuff sometimes. The service given by one of the associates his name was Sam was excellent! He was so helpful, and he was the only one up front. He had a line but stayed calm, and like I said very helpful. I bought some 4th of July decor for outside, and it's really cute! All for $1 each. Stopped by the other day to kill some time before TJ Maxx opened. Super clean and well stocked, friendly cashier. They have plastic forks in all colors! Something my local Dollar Tree is always out of. This location even had a refrigerated section which included eggs and milk?! A good amount of name brand items as well. All the balloons available were clearly visible and also well stocked. I live across the street from another Dollar Tree a little west of this location, I will start driving out of my way just to come to this location. read more

Lady with the red hair is just rude. Never have had a problem with any other employee. I went to grab the stick to divide my things and she freaked out and grabbed it and says "YOU CANT USE THAT." "That's only there to stop it" ok? I wasn't aware? Put another one out so I can use it then. And then she didn't say a word to me my entire check out and just smacked on her gum. The cashier is rude and harassing my mothers service dog. The said manager said she was watching us the whole time while the cashier walked around harassing the dog to the she just barked. Cashier said the dog almost bite her. We had words exchanged with the employee and manager ended with the cops being called and the said manager lied about the whole incident happening. Police talked to me and my mother said they shouldn't have been called about this incident and told us the employee should have never harassed the dog while wearing a mask. I only know the cashier her name was Yvette, the manager never gave us her name or corporates number. While we asked, called another location and I was given district managers number and corporates number, never heard back from corporate. read more

First off, all staff rude af. I know now after walking into the open store that the first hour is dedicated for seniors to shop, and hey, I'm all for that, so went out side to wait for about 15 minutes. I went back 5 minutes before the time was up to ask if they'd let me use the bathroom, the young lady asked her manager who said ,"NO, 10 o'clock ". I wasn't trying to shop or go in early, I was more than happy to wait the extra time, but to not let me use the restroom was absurd. Reevaluate your customer service. read more

Great corner location in a nice shopping center. The shelves are stocked nicely and have everything and more than you can ask for in a dollar store. There's also frozen food section which surprised me. Don't know why. They also have a balloon section with great options. Cashier was friendly was cashing out customers pretty quickly. Overall, the store was messy, and one of the workers was rude. She treated my friend and I like five year olds. The decrotive rock isle was very unorganized and some of the bags containing rocks were open. My friend picked one up to examine the rocks and they came tumbling out. We left the isle because we didn't know what to do, and the employee confronted us in a very rude manner. 1/10 would not reccomnd. read more

HOERIBLE EXPERIENCE BECAUSE OF THE MANAGER! You would never think that the manager is the reason you have a horrible experience at a store. but in this case, it was. it started off fine, I gathered all of my items and proceeded to check out. it was the cashiers second day and she knew more than the manager did. she was very pleasant and had rung up my items, had a conversation with us and went to print my receipt. however the printer failed to print my receipt. needing my receipt, because it is a business card she called over the manager. (manager) clearly was annoyed to be bothered and then from the start had an attitude. she didn't address me at all, instead asked her employee what I bought and ran into her office. after being at her office for over 10 minutes, she walked out on his cell phone again ignoring me went to the register looked at a few things and then went back in the office. ALL WHILE ON HER CELL PHONE! then after another five minutes, she came out with two receipts.... NOT MINE!!! she clearly was pissed off and was taking it out on her customers (me) I told her it was not my receipt and she got angry when I did not know my exact total. I told her it was 18 something and her reply was rude, unprofessional and she told me clearly I was wrong because there was nothing from that employee for $18. I have never been talked to that way when they were in the wrong. then she told me that I was being rude to her and being mad at the wrong person, continue to say she did not need to help me. I asked her if she was a manager and she replied yes. asked to her supervisor was and she said that she could call them on the phone I said no thank you I would just like to know their name she replied with a big attitude rolled her eyes and said I'm going to call them on the phone since clearly you won't listen to me. I said no please just get my receipt I would like to know your supervisors name. after that she stormed off went back in her office and came out five minutes later with my receipt. she did not help me my receipt, instead she threw it at me rolled her eyes and walked off, as she's walking away I asked what her supervisors name was and she said come back tomorrow morning and you can find out.
