The store was clean and well laid out. Security at the door was nice as was other associates I talked to , very friendly. I found a great selection of quilts / blankets. I got a London Fog Sherpa Blanket in Queen Size for $27 plus tax. It's nice and heavy and It's blue like I was looking for. It's like a plaid pattern. I'll be back later for a jacket. I didn't have time today to really go through them.

The hours posted says 10pm on the door. I have went different days and different times, and around 9pm the doors are already locked and the only time they unlock it is to let people out. Okay, fine. No updates again l, started calling early Sept, told it was waiting to be put on the truck from Dallas (I'm in OKC). Again, no updates after that call. I called again 18,19,20, finally getting mad because the manager said, "let me see what we can do for you and I'll call you back" only to never be called back each time. Finally, calling back speaking with Angel who said she would called the warehouse asked to pull my order and she'd call me back. She did. I picked it up on Monday Sept 25 from an order of one bench on July 1. Horrible. But wait, it gets better.....the bench wasn't even put together!!! $400 custom bench and it was sent to me with the frame attached to another top and in pieces. I will never set one foot in that store again. I've purchased tons of furniture from other local stores and in Dallas and have never been treated the way that store treated me. Never been lied to and ran around like their "manager" did either. Terrible customer service and I had to put it together to boot. Never. Never. Never.

The new store boasts an outdoor area which is also decorated well. I think this store has more furniture and bedding than the one in Utica Square. I was there during the end of the holiday season and again, while it was decorated well, it wasn't over the top cluttered. Staff might have been more helpful but it was a busy time of gift selling!
