I met with a very nice sales lady who was very knowledgeable in the products they had. I walked the store and asked questions for what seemed to be over 2 hours. She explained that I should take my time and lay on the mattresses to make sure they were a fit for what I was looking for. I went from coil to memory foam mattress and to my surprise the memory foam is a mattress fit for a queen. She explained the difference of each mattress and the durability that comes with memory foam over coil. I had mentioned to her that my husband was on the heavier side and I needed something that was durable and would sustain his weight and not wear so easily. Let me tell you after her knowledge and me walking the store multiple times I purchased 3 memory foam mattress. 1 King, 1 Queen and a Full. Memory foam is not for everyone but I can say that I have been converted and memory foam will be my forever go to mattress. THE HUGE PLUS was that the pricing was very affordable. If you haven't checked them out and need a new mattress. Stop by! You won't be disappointed.

But they (register #1)said I had to purchase it in order to hold I mentioned if someone could help me load it I wouldn't have to leave it and they said they should have somebody help if i purchased it by talking about the guy who helped me bring it to the front who was my same build . The line was wrapped nearly around the store. So by the time I got to check out I was at register 2. I realized after I said hello and heard nothing back She had a scowl on her face But her buddy came in for his shift and she was perky and gave him a greeting. Since the guy who initially helped me retrieve the rug was back on the register and guy #2 just walked in doing nothing at the time, I mentioned maybe she could hold him for just a second So that once I paid he could help load. She proceeded to mutter something and she d*** sure didn't offer to get her big a** from out of the register to go help me get my rug And bluntly said I had to get it handle it do everything myself. I can see how a lot of people would say that's my purchase. I need to handle it, But it went from a kind request and cooperation to absolute shitshow with this woman. She flat out ignored her co worker that leaned over one foot from her to talk , She claimed the earbud in her ear quit working, Which had nothing to do with somebody one foot away talking. And then she said her ear quit working also So I manhandled the rug and got it over to her and she held her hand up high like she couldn't touch it, I told her that was as close as it's gonna get if she wants me to purchase She might have to work today, Of course, that was her chance to respond with some stupid remarks in which I told her my thoughts. I go to my local Kroger (Hwy 278) customer care desk receipt in hand with the unopened can with an obvious leak when turned on its side and I am told that I would have to go back to the store of purchase because they cannot replace a can from their store. Say What? You guys are about to lose a loyal customer over what amounts to $2.12 ($8.49 for 4 cost incld. tax). The only recourse offered me was to return to the Ga. 20 store.
