I was like alright, I might as well check out and buy some stuff before heading out to Milford for a run event. It was nice to have this Family Dollar store that close, which was maybe 100 feet from the hotel. This Dollar Tree type of store is kind of smaller than some I've been to elsewhere. Family Dollar has basically also items that seems to be random and may not be stuff you want around the house on an average day, but it also has every day items too, namely cheap-ish food items. After two times around the store, I ended up picking up some ready made food items and some ice cream novelties. Who doesn't like ice cream from Family Dollar?! The total time spent inside the store was no more than 45 minutes. By that time, there was 7 people ready to check out that was ahead of me. The store was organized to a tee and definitely was clean. Stocked with every day products, Family Dollar is my favorite place to go to while on vacation, if I can remember to go. With that said, the service here was good, friendly, and fast. It was an uneventful experience that proved to be a good thing that morning. It gave me something to do and some social interaction with people while grabbing needed items for my short trip to Manchester, NH in mid October 2024. Family Dollar is your community store for all things everyday including this one in Manchester, NH. This particular Family Dollar store experience overall was nice, uneventful, and pleasant. Once the line cleared, I said hi to the cashier, presented my items, paid, and gladly walked out with my purchase. It was one of those quick stops that made me smile. Not like long lines at the bank or anything like that. Just a quick stop and I was on my way back to the hotel. I really like this Dollar Tree store because it was close enough to the hotel. I love the Dollar Tree brand for anything that I need on any given day while I travel. I mainly shop for food or drink items but sometimes occasionally, I would get other things, depending on what I need. On this trip in Manchester, a few bottle drinks and some household items I forgot to pack in my luggage. For the most part though, I think I enjoyed my time here at this particular Family Dollar because of the close proximity to the hotel. For the most part though, it was a good place to go to for your daily essentials and snacks and drinks. They try daily to be your daily stop shop for all your needs. Often times, they do succeed! And so, if you need that soda or chips or just anything else you may be missing from your life and you're in the Manchester, NH area, consider on stopping by. They'll be glad to see you. This particular Dollar Tree location is located in Manchester, NH, physically anchored in at 403 Second Street in a residential area. They accept major credit cards as well as cash. As far as parking goes, there is limited parking here for anybody and everybody who wants to shop here. I walked to and from here on foot from the Econolodge I was staying nearby, so it was just a short walk to this Family Dollar. Not sure if there was public transportation that runs thru the area, but chances are there is for anyone who needs it. Of course, there is uber and lyft for those of yall who need it. With that in mind, if you need Family Dollar in your life and are in the area, consider coming to this location for a quiet and surreal shopping experience. The people are friendly and knowledgeable. They have a pharmacy I think, but I would check to see if they have special hours for pick ups and refills. 4.0 stars for the overall experience. 5.0 stars for the location but still need to walk here lol 3.0 stars for the service and the prices. Just one example of many Their inventory options used to be better, now it's just junk quality stuff that you're better off getting next door at Home Sense.

They carry a selection of Hawaiian Heat chocolates & macadamia nut treats, Nestle Aero bars, and Walker's Shortbread cookies which I will buy on occasion. The prices here are a bit high though. They offer the free World Market Rewards (Explorer) which you can get discounts (5% back) when you shop here and they also have their premier credit card too.

No service at the Registry and Pickup line, until all of the Returns line is serviced - another 10 minutes. Then they say, "There's only one line." Apparently no one's bothered to fix the signs over the two counters. This was my second time attempting to pick up the same order. I cannot for the life of me get a successful pickup order from Target. Is it a defective online account? Is it this store? Not sure. Multiple emails saying my purchase is ready for pickup, and the store can't locate it. I gave them my drivers license, to ensure they spelled my name right, still nothing. And, for some reason, they think I'm going to come back a third time and bring in my laptop for them to scan a barcode for the order. They've some underlying long unresolved bad assumption or glitch in their ordering system.

That explains why my Mom has been enjoying shopping at TJ Maxx for many years and has even given me weird looking shirts and pants bought from here. As a kid, I kept begging my Mom to let me do my own shopping and I'll even use my own money from my after school job. Once I was able to drive, I went shopping alone at different and picked out what I wanted to wear with my own money. My Mom would still buy me clothes at TJ Maxx, some I liked and would wear often, others would sit in my closet for years. Over the holidays, I now receive TJ Maxx Gift Cards, which are very useful and lets me choose what I want and still get the bargains. Presently, I've found some good deals here on dress shirts & pants, athletic wear, and polo shirts, and a lot of Izod apparel. I take my time checking out mish mash of clothing on the clearance racks which are organized by size. TJ Maxx also stocks toys, housewares, kitchenware, handbags, jewelry, snack food, Harry& David snacks (discounted prices-YUMMO!), and a lot of cool clearance items. Thanks to Yelp and a little bit of driving out of the way, I stumbled upon BullMoose and it immediately became my favourite store in the entire state of New Hampshire. From the second we walked into the door, we were surrounded by comic books, toys, video games, records, anime stuff, and of course, one of the best criterion movie sections I have ever seen. We spent a good half hour digging through the movies and ended up leaving with four in total, a truly magical shopping experience. I was super stoked to see how many video games this store head as well with some solid prices as well, but since the GameCube selection was lacking yesterday, my wallet and my luggage will remain the same as it was. Overall, BullMoose is 100% going to be a must stop whenever I find myself in the area. The selection here was amazing, the prices were really good (especially since I'm from Los Angeles) and it was truly a highlight of the day. This place rules.
