It is very unorganized and feels dirty. I was one of a few customers shopping, there were 2 women employees complaining loudly to each other over another employee and when I was trying to shop another aisle a male employee, ignoring me, acted like I was in his way as he kept his eyes down throwing merchandise on the shelves. I told the cashier I would've purchased more but I could not see and things I would've bought were not priced. She responded by saying she thinks they turn the lights on around 5:00pm and that there are so many price changes that they can't keep up with pricing products...REALLY?? I work in retail myself. If you care about your job/store and making sales, clean the place up. I will drive out of my way from now on and shop at the Rochester NH store which is CLEAN, well PRICED AND have the store lights ON with super FRIENDLY employees.

There was some beautiful quality antique furniture - , and the owner (Patty, I think, from reading other reviews) was exceptionally knowledgeable and down to earth, and honestly one of the nicest, sweetest people I've ever met. Nearly all the furniture has a very detailed card which gives the dimensions of the piece, which was so helpful - kept me from buying a gorgeous, quirky piece that I thought would be perfect for my entryway, but a call home to my husband with the measurements proved me wrong as it was an inch too long. I've been re-evaluating every other room in my house, hoping I can find a spot for it, though! Anyway - after a couple of hours of treasure hunting, I left with a small Erie cast iron open kettle and dip pot, with the hanging hook - what a score! Over 100 years old, in need of a thorough season but in great condition, for $15! I will definitely be back. Patty is a spectacular shop-keep - old-school friendliness, knowledge, and pride of service - it's rare to find that these days.

They put three shooters on my brother's stick, when he didn't want all three, so I just adjusted them, but they are expensive. 25$ for a job that takes 20-30 minutes is crazy. The people are pretty knowledgeable, and know a lot about lacrosse, and how to optimize your stick for your playstyle. There is usually a good selection. I came in looking for a stringking mark 2d and I got the last one, so if you go in looking for a specific head you may be disappointed, but usually, the selection isn't bad, especially for attack and middie heads.

It's cost me goals, and that sort of shitty work is just not acceptable as a goaltender. On top of that, the lack of knowledge some of these young guys have is terrible when shopping for new gear. Maybe there are experienced folks there, but I've sure as shit never encountered one. Instead of admitting they don't know something, which is fine, the high school boys they hire will guess and give outright wrong information. Do not go here if you're shopping for new gear and need any sort of help whatsoever. They used to be decent, but this store has gotten steadily worse and worse over the years. The only thing consistent about their skate sharpening jobs is that it's fucking terrible.
