Now I don't know about anyone else, but Id expect a "leather" recliner to last more than 3 1/2 years but not he case with ours. Within the first year the "leather" started peeling/breaking down and of course it was all due to consumer care according to Flex Steel but since it was within the 1st year of purchased it was repaired (not replaced) with new sections of material. About 5 months ago, the same thing started happening on the left side arm rest only much worse but this time because it was out of warranty, Flex Steel nor Dunk & Bright would not repair, replace or return for full credit. Through all this we discovered our "real" leather recliner is "bonded" leather. BIG difference and something that should have been brought to our attention at time of purchase. Now you may think its asking for a lot after 3 1/2 years to have this addressed with full coverage costs but honestly, do these two companies expect a customer to drop over $2,000.00 on a piece of furniture only to have the covering start breaking down after 3 1/2 years? I thought i was dealing with reputable companies but guess not. And as far as consumer care goes (our care), we purchased about 15 years ago an Ekrons Stressless "real" leather recliner and about 7 years ago a Natuzzi "real" leather recliner. To date absolutely NO issues or signs wear. Guess that's what happens when you purchase quality furniture from reputable companies. Never again Dunk & Bright or Flex Stee.

They have everything you could possibly need for your house here (art, nightstands, patio furniture, couches, beds, curtains, kitchen supplies, organizers, pillows, etc.). What I am most in awe of is the variety of styles they have. They have tons of very updated/trendy stuff (like Bohemian chic, mod, etc.) but also lots of classic style furniture pieces. Every single style of furniture I could ever wish for was all here. Their prices aren't exactly super cheap but they aren't super expensive either. You can definitely shop around for some deals with their clearance section. I got some candles, candle holders, plant pots, and vintage-looking decor items here. If you didn't park your car near their exterior entrance, like I did, you can leave your stuff there and then text them to bring your stuff out for you when you bring your car around to their curbside entrance. My heart was overjoyed and my brain was frantically racing the entire time I was in here looking at everything. My only wish is that this store exists in more cities (in case I move in the future).

Once my husband and I found a large sectional we were interested in, Kurt informed us of the material and stated how he actually had the same piece and loves it. He included how this specific piece had just been placed out on their floor and came from a floor sample from Florida. He made the whole transaction a breeze. My husband and I rented a u-haul truck and the Raymour staff in the back helped us package and load it into our rented van. We've been visiting every single week in hopes of finding more pieces to add into our home. Each time we walk in we are greeted by the same staff who recognize us and it has started to feel like a second home. I look forward to the days we are able to go and shop!
