This place made me happy, because everything here was nice and useable, and the prices were undeniable. There were a couple sour faces in the crowd and the women with the Trump case on her phone appeared to be unhappy with my dark complexion in her community, but guess what, I don't care. When we came back from our trip to Alaska I was looking through my receipts when I spotted my receipt from this store. I gave the sales lady $ 100 in cash and charged the final $34.17. My contactless recipient showed the total was charged all on my credit card. When I called to enquire I was very disappointed how rude Joanne was, I tried to explain what happened and she said"Just cut to the story.". She said well that's the way that shows up we don't have any way to separate it on the receipt. I told her I would enquire on my credit card so reluctantly looked it up. I thanked her and because although she was off putting and sharp with her tongue most of us have worked in retail at some time. I suggest that in the future they would mention this to the customers splitting there payment up. She stated that no one had ever questioned that. Post customer service was Horrible. Such a totally different vibe from purchase. I suspect Joanne may be an owner and I wonder how many other customers she has been rude to. Very disappointed with this post sale inquiry.
