I was…read moresimply speaking Spanish with my children when another customer began insulting me out of nowhere. Instead of calmly asking what happened or reviewing the situation fairly, the manager, Lisa, immediately approached me and asked me to leave without even hearing my side. I left feeling humiliated and discriminated against. No customer should be treated differently for speaking another language. To make matters worse, my immigration status was even brought up during the situation, which was completely inappropriate and unacceptable. This store has cameras, so management can easily review what actually happened. A professional manager should know how to de-escalate situations and listen to both parties before making decisions. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. I have never felt so disrespected while shopping at a store.
