I've been frustrated for a while with the wrapping paper rolls at Target. They look like normal rolls at first glance, but many of them barely have enough paper for one or two presents while still being priced like a regular roll. Today's purchase was especially disappointing. The roll was already small, but the packaging made the first several inches completely unusable. The edges of the paper were glued together, and there was a large sticker attached directly to the wrapping paper. When I removed the sticker, it tore the paper and ruined even more of the roll. For something as basic as wrapping paper, this feels wasteful and overpriced. Customers should not have to lose a noticeable portion of an already small roll because of poor packaging. I took photos showing the glued edges and torn paper, because this was not just a minor inconvenience. I would not buy Target wrapping paper again unless the packaging and amount of usable paper improve. read more

This target is one of the largest I've ever been to. I've shopped here for around 4 years and have received great service consistently all around. There is a CVS pharmacy inside, alongside the typical Starbucks, and they also have the target food deli section! The prices here are average for a super target! The women's bathing suit selection is insanely large and the app helps you figure out what they have available ahead of time. The checkout lines have started backing up more recently and it's been an inconvenience, otherwise I'd give it 5 stars! read more

They are quite terrible if you rely on them for a drive-up. Half of the time they don't bring it out even though there is no rain nor lightning. They continuously fail. If they don't want to bring the orders out then don't offer it. Rather, they make you come inside after your long day and wait for someone to acknowledge your existence and then get your stuff. read more

I had to pick up a few things and was in the area of this Target. It was a smaller Target but they still had most of the things that I was looking for. I couldn't find one thing so I asked and the person I asked went into the back and found it for me and brought it to me. This was very nice and I appreciated it a lot. It should be zero stars , went today to get last minute personal items and Target employee decides not to bag my $12.99 coffee filter nor my $2.99 cup cake wraps , the employee didn't even bag my baking pan so that leaves me to either drive back 25 minutes one way or let Targets bottom look better for robbing customers for products they purchase and selling them again because their employees are not focused on their customers as they should be, so to me Target don't care about their customers or now the lack of one... I'll pretty much buy ANYTHING from Target!! I love the ability to stack Target sale items with Target coupons, manufacturer coupons and the Cartwheel app deals! Its always nice to see familiar faces and they have the most helpful associates. Returns/exchanges are always super easy and the store is well stocked (most times). Sometimes the produce isn't the most fresh. I'm surprised the clothing/shoe area isn't as full as other smaller locations. They rarely get any of the Target-Designer mash ups. :( FYI - They are open until 11p during the week. read more

This target is located in the Oakleaf shopping center behind Chili's. It is a Super Target so you can find all of your normal target items along with your groceries. The store is large and bright. The isles are large enough for two people with carts and the store is always clean and organized. The parking lot is large and provides ample parking. There is a Starbucks and target cafe inside. You can get a good drink and Target's yummy popcorn in one place :) The store has great hours and is open until 11 on the weekends so it is convenient to walk around after you have had a drink or two. There are tons of clearance racks and end caps so it's easy to find a good deal. They also have the ability to order items online or through the Target app and you can pick it up in store. You can use Cartwheel for additional discounts on the items you buy and save more with a Target credit or debit card!! read more

WOW, WOW, WOW!!! I went into Jacksonville West-Crosshill location today and a Target employee named Preston set the bar for all Target employee's and manager's to emulate. He helped find stuff that I needed and he also said, do you need more help and I said yes. I then checked out and went to find a manager and the manager said that he always sets the bar for customers. She said that is why he is a TRAINER. Great job Target, do not let this guy get a way. read more

I have been stopping in here a lot more often lately because it's so close to the house. Anytime I need household items or random things I just run to target. The 5% off that you get with the red card is definitely your help. The store is clean, they have a great selection, I also think that the quality of their product is a little bit of a step up from something like Walmart or big lots. Bonus: The employees don't run away from me when you have a question. It does take a little bit of getting used to the store layout if you're more of a Walmart shopper but I really like this store and I'm gonna continue to shop here as long as I live in this area. I definitely don't like the Starbucks inside of here .. employees are grumpy and lack of manners and front of house courtesies. read more

It's almost fun to just walk around everywhere and explore. The setup is a little different than other Targets but it's still easy to navigate. A big plus is that this is a Super Target! I love this target, I've shopped here for the longest time and the best thing about it is the lines, rather, the lack thereof. Any time the lines get too long, another cashier is called to the front to help, which saves everyone time, unlike Walmart where there's only ever 2-3 people working register and always have long lines. Their food is always fresh, they're always well stocked, and it's always clean. On their stocking day (sunday/monday) they can occasionally block the isle with their carts but if you avoid those days, it's fine. They have good clearance clothes and everything stays really well organized in that section but I mostly shop there for groceries. All around great store and I'm glad to shop there. read more

Target is the best for my General Merchandise goods. I always check the men's section for clearances for men's socks and undergarments. The DVD section is becoming smaller which makes me sad. This might be the worst pharmacy in the world. Not just the city or the state or the country but the entire world. Some bomb riddled pharmacy in Azerbaijan would be more competent than this one. I can't tell you how many times this place tells me they don't stock of the stuff I need. I get an upper respiratory infection twice a year. Pretty common stuff. Z-Pak, etc. but ALWAYS a problem! The staff is rude too. Not even close to being friendly or competent. Today they tell me they are a little backed up and it will be at least an hour before they can fill my prescription. Then 30 minutes later they call to tell me they don't have what I need. When I ask why they couldn't have told me that while I was at the counter, they get nasty and argue with me. Basically blaming me. I hate this pharmacy so much. I'll die of infection before spending my hard earned money there. If they were the last pharmacy on earth, I would probably go there; merely to spread my infection to the staff because they probably wouldn't have the mess on hand to fix themselves and then they can all suffer just as they've made me do so over the past 3 years I've tried to use them. This was my first time at this location and while it's way out of the way from where I live (Mandarin/Bartram Park) if I were in need and in the area I'd certainly come back. The reason for my visit was to get a couple of specific storage totes that I use to store my ever-expanding comic book collection. The totes I use are hard to come by and therefore I had to come here. I had called ahead to verify that the Target site was accurate in saying they were in stock. I spoke with a guy in housewares who said he'd save me two totes. I get there a couple of hours later. Wait in line at customer service and guess what? No totes there. We went back, found them ourselves and I bought an extra just to save me future hassle. The store was clean and well organized. The staff were all very friendly as well. I'd have preferred the totes were at customer service like the guys said, but I was in and out in 15 minutes. read more

I highly suggest not shopping at this Target. On more that 1 occasion I've seen expired foods being sold. Always check dates. Staff doesn't seem to care much and corporate hasn't done anything to fix the situation, I've emailed them and they said they're investing but that was months ago. Tonight me and my husband had stopped in 15 minutes before close. I have worked in customer service before I know this can be frustrating for an employee when some one comes in before close. We needed to check and see if we could print some photos. Which we couldn't. - no problem. So we stop and look in the mens clothing section just for a minute. There was an middle aged woman working in the mens section (I have seen her working in that section before) who almost ran into me coming around the corner. I apologized to her and said excuse me. To which she scoffed and kept walking. I brushed it off and told my husband I'm just going to go check out the tee shirts. When I'm by the tee shirts she comes up to me and says "you know we close in 5 minutes" I was very ticked off at this point. I looked at my phone and it was 12 minutes to close. I told her we were just looking and it was 12 minutes till close. Which she again scoffed at. I've worked horribly late closing shifts before. And no matter what. If a customer was in my presence I remained kind. This is something that should be addressed with this employee because this is unacceptable. read more

Went to the target on Sunday morning to print some pictures. Usually when we go there half of the staff runs away when they sense you need help and the other half try to help. This morning everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. We were helped in the photo department, and when we discovered tvs were on sale the associate Trina, was amazing. Check out was fast and easy and 2 young men even loaded the tv into my truck. A special shout out to Britney our cashier. It's gets 3 stars for always being clean and the majority of the staff being helpful. They did not get 5 stars because they are always restocking. Which would be great if they did not always seem to be out of things. First thing in the morning huge carts blocking the isles, staff in a hurry to to get to wherever and almost running you over. And this is in several isles. And while most staff will move the carts or get the item for you, some will keep restocking and seem annoyed at your presence. If your hours say your open at 8AM, you should be ready to receive customers at 8AM. read more

Applied online for a job. I missed Amandra's call, within 10 minutes I tried returning the call but had no luck. Again tried a couple hours later and got an attitude from the operator. Called back the next day and spoke with Amandra in HR, for her to quickly put me on hold and then hang up on me. Tried one more time to call, but then apparently she was no longer in her office.
