Thus Dollar Tree has gone through an amazing transformation. The store went from being messy and chaotic, to organized and orderly. Yhe staff are always helpful and professional. The products sold at this store are always plentiful and unspoiled. I shop at least three to four times a week at this location and I will continue to do so. I mean....where else can I get Parmesan cheese, flip flops, socks and Valentine's Day decor? Ok ok...Target, Walmart, etc, but where can I take a crisp ten dollar bill and get all of these. And hangers!!! I got hangers too! Am I gambling on the socks not getting a hole in the toe? Sure. Do I think there could be lead in the cheese? I mean...yes. The store has seemed really well stocked the past couple years, I enjoy the River rd in Keizer OR Dollar Tree more than any other in Salem Oregon. Especially throwing a shout out to the very helpful nice man with the long beard Curtis. He works hard and is the best employee out of any Dollar tree or business I frequent. 5 stars! read more

On 10/05/2024 I took my two children, 11 & 9 and twin 12 year old neighbor kids to dollar tree to get Halloween decorations. The kids were being annoying, touching the items on the belt, and being excited about the decorations we were purchasing. The cashier, Noah, was visibly annoyed by the children so I said "guys let him do his job" Noah then parroted (IMMEDIATELY after I said it, the kids didn't have a chance to respond) loudly "Let me do my job!" I did not say anything to Noah at this point, everyone has bad days and deserves grace. The kids then stood in a line, not touching anything, not saying anything, they were super uncomfortable. My 9 year old took my debit card and started to pay for our order when Noah turned around to the other cashier and said "This is why I believe in access to abortion." The other cashier laughed. I was taken aback. I said excuse me and Noah continued on saying "I'm just making an argument for access to abortion and condoms" I was speechless. He pointed to his badge and said "My name is Noah" with a smug smile spread across his face. I asked for Noah's supervisor, which he just pointed over his shoulder to the other cashier. The supervisor who laughed at Noah's "joke" about how I should've aborted my CHILDREN. The supervisor dismissed my concern. Abortion is not a joke. Abortion is healthcare. This man said with his whole chest while not only on the clock but in-front and TO customers, including children, said this. There were other people in line who overheard this. There were other woman with children who overheard this. I don't know how this situation can be righted, but we won't be back. This has also been posted on a public Facebook group so other mothers don't have this experience. And directly to Noah, fuck you. You have no idea what others are going through. You have no idea how this impacted me and potentially these kids WHO WEREN'T EVEN ALL MINE. You said to me that abortion and condoms should be available due to kids like mine, is it the fact that two of these kids were black? If my husband was with these kids would you have said the same thing to him? No you wouldn't. You work at Dollar Tree my dude, simmer down. read more

I know this is due to the staff shortage but this is a little crazy. The store looks like it either got robbed or a storm came through here. If this is due to customers what a bunch of hooligans. I love this store here in Keizer, Oregon. I'm a huge fan of smoothies made with frozen fruit , and I purchase it here for $3 per large bag of mix fruit. I also feed my 3 beloved pets the frozen peas and carrots at $1.25 per bag as a topping once a day. There are so many other great buys such as colorful gift bags,ribbon , bows, and helium balloons just in time for Valentines day. Last, and probably most important are the extremely nice folks who work there constantly stocking shelves. For those who complain about shelves being bare. . . Groceries are high at this time. So it seems apropos that shelves are empty. It's a sign of the time. The economy is looking up though. Hang in there. So, there you have it. read more

rude customer service the aisles are never stocked. One time I went in, and the cashier yanked a divider from my hand and said that I'm not allowed to use it. now I understand they have rules, but they should not treat their customers that way, I said that to the cashier, then he continued to say that he "uses that divider to push back items in the takeout aisle" and continued to shove all my products back and said "you see just like that." With that being said only one of the many instances I've experienced, shame to the poor condition of the store and severely poor choice in employees. you don't have to hire local scum to stay in business dollar tree. I have been here throughout the recent years and have yet to come across a decent employee. I will gladly not be spending my money or wasting my time there. read more

Whoever is in charge of employees, please do something about Ellena. This young lady is by far the rudest person employed anywhere I've ever encountered. Is she kidding? We aren't her parents, we don't have to tolerate it. My partner was in front of me, he had 5 items. I had about 20. She was making snotty comments, rolling her eyes, and we ignored it. When he noticed she was just stacking my items on the check out after scanning, he asked for a bag. She said they're out. We asked what were we supposed to do, since we can't carry all of this in our hands, she got very rude and snapped that there are boxes available, but made no move to get one. She stared after she finished, with a look like we were a huge pain. He asked for the box She sighed, left, and came back with a file type display box, the type that gets shorter and has a tiny lip only on front. I mentioned to my bf that last week she also said they were out of bags and she said it's been 3 days not a week. Omg. We said nothing as we were leaving and she had to smart off more. My bf asked if she needed a break, because she is really crabby and rude. This store is always empty in lots of areas lately and frankly I'd rather be elsewhere. read more

Could have MUCH better. The store is dirty, with empty boxes thrown away in the isles and clutter is everywhere. Very hard to find anything in that store. Also when you ask for help, the employees seem like they really don't care. SO CLEAN IT UP AND TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES TO PROVIDE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE and you will have more customers. read more

I use the Dollar Tree in Keizer only because it's convenient. The store gives the impression is dirty inside as well as poorly stocked shelves and a generally messy appearance. The outside walkway is usually covered in trash. Seems the store management doesn't care. Whenever possible I use the store in South Salem. It's much bigger, better organized and MUCH cleaner. read more
