The proprietor told us that if we bought three shirts, he would throw in a fourth for free. We agreed. We selected four designs, all sports related (two Washington Commanders, one Washington Capitals, one New England Patriots). However, when he performed the silk screening process, the Capitals shirt was done improperly. (The text on the design could not be seen/read.) So, he then created another shirt, with the silk screening done properly. He then asked us if we would like to pay $10 for the shirt that was done improperly. We said no. He pushed us fairly aggressively, trying to get us to pay for a shirt that had no value to us. He relented and put the four good shirts in the bag (or so we thought). When we got back our hotel more than an hour away, we realized that he had scammed us by putting the BAD Capitals shirt in the bag and keeping the good one. Thus, having gone into the store wanting only two shirts, we ended up paying for three and not getting the promised deal. (I suppose we can wear the unreadable Capitals shirt as a sleep shirt.) Very disappointed with the proprietor's deception and dishonesty.

We take it up there, mind you the tag isn't scanning at all. I just got off a cruise and Uber'ed here to get another piece of luggage. We get up to the counter and they say we don't write on tags. Ok so what does that mean. I just ran in here, grabbed a bag, you think I wrote on the tag? Tag not scanning but this couldn't possibly be a store error, I somehow have magic and walked in, wrote on the tag and got it on the luggage with a tag machine somehow!! And controlled the tag not scanning at all. This place is a joke and so are the managers. At least Giselle should be ashamed of herself. I'm sure if I was a different color this wouldn't have been an issue at all. I'm sure you'll keep her there though, treating your customers like crap!! Good luck!!
