Purchased some Disney shirts to wear to the parks and we were happy with our purchases without breaking the bank. They also sold Florida souvenirs here. There were many souvenir shops in Kissimmee and the merchandise were starting to look the same as we meandered from one store to another. Even their local WalMart stores had a few aisles dedicated to everything Disney! The store is huge and well stocked. The employee/owner was helpful and friendly. The clothing were nicely hung in their hangers or folded on display shelves and merchandise looked neatly stacked and placed in racks inside the store. They have every souvenir you can think of... mugs, hats, ponchos (for those random Florida thunderstorms), candy, sunglasses, keychains, snow globes, lots of knick knacks, etc. It was fun looking around but we just stuck to the shirts as we already had enough "stuff" at home and didn't need to add to the clutter. This store on property is for cast members only so if you are not a cast member , you' can only shop here with one. Upon entry , cast members have to show their cast ID ( current or retired ) to gain entry and may bring guest . We usually come in a few times a year to shop for birthdays and Christmas gifts for the kids because it's all authentic merchandise found in the parks but at a much better price . Disney also friend their own food and you can purchase groceries and sweet treats here that are also served at the resorts and restaurants. BUYERS BEWARE - SCAMMER…read more We visited the shop as we stayed around the area on vacation. Based on Yelp review, we chose this store out of many others. The store has decent amount of souvenirs and we enjoyed our shopping. The cashier, an older gentleman was friendly during our check out transaction and was chatting with us, and after completing the transaction, gave us a coupon for future visit and 2 free pens. We walked out of the store thinking nothing of it and headed to our next destination. Upon returning home, we then realized we were over charged by 3 extra shirts that ended up costing us additional $30+ that we did NOT purchase. Looking at the receipt later, the man scanned three different shirts an additional time in between other items we purchased. In addition, the man has the computer screen in front him where he can see the exact items scanned. Thus, it's not an accident where the 3 items were repeatedly scanned. This was an attempt to disguise the extra items from showing up repeatedly on the receipt if you don't pay close attention up front. The friendly chatter, the coupons and free pens are an attempt at distracting the customer as they know not many tourists would and can go back to request a refund. Further, we realized the receipt printed "No Refund", and this was no where posted in the store, nor mentioned during check out. Even if we do go back and confront the employee, there is no refund nor anyway to prove this dishonest practice. This is disappointing for a shop that has good reviews on here. Buyers beware, confirm each of your transactions BEFORE payment if you choose to shop at this location.
