No big deal though...I get things break and this Walmart is on my way home so no harm no foul. A week later I made another oil change appointment and this time I had to stay over at work which was going to make me late for this appointment. I called Walmart 3 different times and was transferred to the auto departments never-ending ring of death. The customer service rep supposedly could not help me any other way besides just keep sending me back to their phone ringing off the hook. I made it to the store 1 hour after my appointment time and was told that I was now a walk-in customer and it would probably take around 2 hours. I understand that I was late to my appointment, but if someone in your auto department simply would have answered their phone then I could have been told that I shouldn't expect to get an oil change around my scheduled time. Another irritating thing is that I bought tires from you guys' years back and so I am supposed to receive free tire rotations (and do get them only when you guys are feeling kind enough to do it.) I have been told numerous times when I show up to an oil change "we can't fit a tire rotation in right now, so you'll have to come back." I do not understand why tire rotations cannot be scheduled or added to my oil change online. I am officially done using Walmart auto shops for good now.

I then called the pharmacy & was told that they did not have the medication in stock & so I reiterated the text & asked which nearby CVS I could pick this up at. I was told that was not possible and I would need to have my doctor call it in to another pharmacy. Again, my prescription was supposed to be filled no later than 5PM & I received this message at 4:30PM on Friday, at which time I am not able to get in touch with my prescriber. Not only is this extremely poor customer service, with no obvious concern for the patient, but the person on the phone was very rude & treated me as if I had done something wrong because I was wanting answers to my questions. So, if you were considering this CVS PHARMACY at 110 MAJESTIC GROVE BLVD. I would recommend looking elsewhere. Unless, of course, you prefer rude service & being treated like you are a second-class citizen. If that is the case, then this place is for you!!

I initially picked out three and then it was mentioned that there is a 4 packs for $15 deal, which is a steal...especially for how high-quality they are. Many mainstream brands of candles and melts have an abundance of chemicals, but not these. Not only are they safer for the air we are breathing in in our homes, but the throw of the scent is strong. So far, our favorites have been the Espresso and Vacay (like sand and tanning oil...so unique) smells. I will get the Lemon candle once we move as well as the hand cream. Can't wait to support this local family again and again!

My shopping abhorrent hubby giggled like a small child as we tried on seemingly millions of Vols goodies trying to find some gems during faculty appreciation week...with a sweet discount. The owner, Darbi, essentially repurposes most things she sells, although she also has furniture pieces you can order. She makes the jewelry, pillow cases, soaps and perfumes and refinishes a lot of antique pieces for the home. Even more exciting are the plans she has to teach art classes and yoga. For reals? You have to go visit. Head down to W Jackson ave before the Mcclung site is redeveloped and before the grand plans for the old gas station are complete.
