Whenever I leave here I feel confident that I got a bargain on whatever it is that I have purchased. Also, they are never pushy or overly sales-y when I ask for details about any particular item. They are very knowledgable about their items, and very friendly, always giving you a warm welcome when you walk in the door. I will definitely be stopping by A & R first if there is a particular item that I am looking for, or even if I'm not looking for anything specific and just want to see some neat stuff. I came over here a few weeks ago on a Monday and waited for them to open and 15-20 minutes after opening hours no one was here and the door was still blocked with items. I called and got their voicemail which said that summer hours would include being open on Mondays 12-7. At that time there was no sign on the door saying closed for the day. I decided to try again today. Called twice before heading over to the store to see if they would in fact be open. Still no answer other than the voicemail, but the voicemail still said they would be open from 12-7 on Mondays. So, I decided to risk it. I just drove up to find out they still are in fact not open, at least they have a sign on their door (spelled wrong I might I add). If you are going to have a voicemail listing your hours of operation, you need to update it if you are going to be unexpectedly closed on a random, non holiday, day. This makes me very unlikely to come back because I don't want to waist my time or gas.
