This is easily one of the messiest Dollar Trees I've ever walked into. Trash on the floor, disorganized shelves, and poorly stocked aisles everywhere. The worst part? An employee was standing in the corner of the store on his cellphone while the store looked like this, and management didn't seem concerned at all. The entire time I was there no employees made an attempt to clean up this store. Being a Dollar Tree shouldn't mean the store looks neglected. Customers deserve a clean, organized place to shop--and I've honestly seen Goodwill stores in far better shape than this location. Management seriously needs to step it up. read more

I like stopping here after visiting family on the way home to AZ. We always find a snack, drink and a few seasonal finds to bring home. This time we found full boxes of cereal. That's a treat in our household. We also found some books and movies. They have a really nice card section and I like to fill up my yearly planner with cards for all occasions. I came here to buy a balloon for my granddaughter and they wouldn't sell me one. She gave me some line that it's against the law to sell a balloon without the balloon weight. I asked if I could buy something that would weigh the balloon down and the balloon. The lady told me that doesn't work. I have never heard of such a ridiculous thing in all my life!!! They can't sell a balloon with helium because they were out of the weights and I can't buy something in that whole store that would satisfy the so called law that threatens their license to sell balloons! The price of the balloon is so low I don't mind purchasing something else and it would still be a value but I can't get past the absolute ignorance of this so called requirement! I mean what is the weight? It's a price of foil around some sand or a rock but nothing else will work or satisfy the "law" ! I could pull my hair out right now! read more

I just moved here from Colorado and stopped by to grab a hair clip and some small organizing bins for my drawers, the entire aisle was blocked off with the storage bins so i found one in the kitchen area and while looking at it the cashier left her post to stand 6 feet away staring at me. INSANELY RUDE. I have never been treated with such poor customer service. the area i was shopping was right near the registers so there was absolutely no reason for this and then she was rude to people who asked where another item was. this store was messy, very unorganized and to be treated like this was not okay. If you have a problem with shoplifting then watch for shoplifters instead of profiling me and making me feel very unwelcome. Never again will i shop here. The company policy at the Dollar Tree store is not updated nor does it print out what is considered store policy in plain view. I was told that I wasn't able to exchange(with my receipt) the items (not seasonal) for anything not taxable, snacks. I read the receipt and nothing on there says I couldn't do that. Even the website said nothing about exchanging a taxable item to non taxable item that are not permitted. Yes I argued and got my exchange (the manager on duty even commented,"that all this for $1.25"), but I was trying to raise awareness that the policy of the company they are enforcing was not right. Before I made a purchase I was never told of the policy. Sure I made their day incredibly stressful, but I wasn't about to back down and make this company waste my money on something I am not going to use. I have called the corporate office after hours and left my information and I will see if they even care to call me back. read more

This Dollar Tree location always impresses me. This location is smaller and does not have the enlarged "snack zone" like the Sun City location. Though smaller, I always seem to find more than what I need. This location is definitely newer and is organized and well stocked (all things considered.) The real knock out here is the team. The associates always have a great attitude. During this visit, the associate took the time to listen and understand an elderly customer in front of me. She processed a return and bagged items separately as requested, even opened the door and even offered to help the customer to the car. Everyone in line was touched by the kindness and manager opened a second lane to move people through. This location is by far the nicest, cleanest, most well stocked Dollar Tree I have EVER been in. Jamie who was the only employee in the place was welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in the door. Someone make this woman employee of the month! She deserves it!! What else can I say about the store .. I got a TON of items for my kids birthday.. little toys and trinkets, makeup, snacks and candy, art stuff, the list goes on and on. I love the Dollar Tree ! I especially like this one on Novat off the 215 ..clean , organized and always stocked with all the goodies we all love !! Today , I was in buying balloons for a party ..as I walked toward the balloon counter , I had to step through a lane that was attended by Sabrina . When I approached, to ask a question, she was curt in her reply as she thought I was trying to ' jump the check out line' . I continued to Christina who was not only helpful but pleasant and extremely kind . I chose my balloons ( 8 ) and had other items as well to ring up . As I was finishing up with Christina , Sabrina again made her presence known by speaking down to Christina and being condescending in front of all the people that were in line . Apparently I couldn't leave the Dollar Tree without the small plastic weights that are to be placed on the balloons. I helped Christina attach them all the while Sabrina announced out loud , curtly, that it was a state law ! I'm all for doing the right thing , but Sabrina needs some serious customer service re training with regard to , and speaking on behalf her team . When I do visit again , I certainly hope Sabrina has gotten some re training ! There is No " I " in team ! This location is on the outskirts of the city but near other places I've visited so I had to check it out. I was greeted as I entered the store by a cashier clerk. The store carries items any other Dollar Tree would offer. It's very clean and well organized. I found a few items here that I can also find at another "discount' chain store. However, I had been at the other store earlier this day and they were sold out of that item (which I wanted) so I was able to stock up here. There is a Redbox located just outside the entrance. This location is near other major shopping attractions and can be easily accessed from the 215. The employees I encountered were courteous and check out went rather fast and efficiently. This store is nicely stocked almost every time I go. They have had a lot of boxes in a few isle at times & it does make it inconvenient as you can't navigate/see certain items in that isle. It seems that they may be short staffed. Great selection in the freezer/refrigerator section one of the reasons I like this store. Just like any other dollar tree I've been to it's usually only one cashier that's open. If the line gets too long you might just get lucky & a second one will open. Overall still one of my favorite stores that's close to me. read more

Pretty beat up and most clerks are hanging out chit-chatting away. Broken bottle in one aisle. Garbage in every isle. The cashier was doing her job but the younger emps were literally standing around discussing their social lives. read more

Brand new store so the staff is friendly and the store is clean. Location is perfect for people who live nearby. Prices are great just like at every Dollar Tree. Jas is management there and has a great attitude and is very helpful. It's never really busy there so you can get in and out in a timely manner. Definitely recommend. read more
