I knew we would find more while walking around each department too. Upon entering the store is very bright clean and very organized. They have everything you can imagine you could want or need for your home to personal needs. We made our way to the appliance department and found the stove we wanted. Kimberly helped us with our transaction and she was fantastic . Our stove is being delivered on Monday. we found many other things we needed that were good deals as well . Enjoyed the time there shopping and definitely will return

Unfortunately, the BX at March ARB was shut down so most now go to Camp Pendleton, Miramar MCAS or the NEX at the 32nd Naval Station at San Diego. Upon entering, there is a food court to the right and other little shops before approaching the main entrance to the BX. We were surprised how bright and expansive it is! They offered a great variety of clothes, accessories, sports gear, shoes, garden supplies, etc. We scored some very nice pots at great prices so we loaded up. Purchasing items is an excellent value since there is no tax added. I couldn't believe they also offered high end bags like Louis Vuitton, Brahmin, Coach, etc. We purchased some toys & shirts for our grandson and hubby got new shoes. Check out was quick & friendly. We will be sure to visit again when in Las Vegas.

It's basically a…read morewarehouse of bins filled with random items--mostly overstock or lost packages--so you never know what you'll uncover. Location & Parking: They have their own parking lot, which makes it easy to stop by. At first, our GPS sent us to the wrong address, but luckily their big "Bin City" sign out front is easy to spot. (Staff mentioned they're updating the online address soon.) Pricing & Schedule: Prices drop throughout the week, which makes every day a little different: * Friday - $12 * Saturday - $9 * Sunday - $7 * Monday - $5 * Tuesday - $3 * Wednesday - $1 (their busiest day) * Thursday - Closed for restocking We visited on a $5 Monday, which turned out to be a great balance--good variety of items without heavy crowds. Our Finds: We scored fairy lights (around $10-11 value at Walmart) for just $5, plus a bunch of glow sticks bundled together as a single item. Many things are still boxed, though some packages had been opened by other shoppers. That's just the nature of this type of store. Service: The staff was really friendly and helpful. They explained how the pricing works, were welcoming throughout our visit, and checkout was smooth (they take both cards and cash and give receipts). Overall: Bin City is a cool place if you enjoy digging for bargains and love the idea of "treasure hunting." Each day has its own vibe, depending on the price point, so it's worth trying different days to see what you can find.

I must have come at the right time, because there was easy parking at the Pavilion, and no line to get in! Surely that meant I had lost out on some great shoe selections, but honestly I was ecstatic about the selection that was there, and boy was there a selection! Every size for men, women, and children, and then there were also sunglasses! They provide you with a big clear bag to lug your shoes around in, which was fine unless you got a ton of pairs of shoes like I did and struggled to keep a grip. There were plenty of seats along the sides to allow you to try shoes on. All the shoes were zip-tied together, so trying to walk in them was near impossible. Overall, it was well-organized, between the genders and sizes. The checkout line was orderly and smooth, but was definitely the slowest part of the whole process (hey, there were a lot of people buying a lot of low-priced shoes)! As you're about to leave, there's a little tablet kiosk (next to the security guard) where you can put in your email address to be alerted of the next warehouse sale - believe me, I put my name on there pretty fast, and I plan to be there to catch some of the rarer shoes next time!

Their parking lot is a little chaotic but inside is clean and well organized. Produce is fresh and plentiful, proteins/butcher area is well stocked and well priced, but the real highlights for me are the prepared foods - they make their own tortilla chips here and they are excellent, available in several flavors (with/without salt, seasoned or not, etc). They also have fresh salsas, guac, ceviche and aguachiles (spicier than expected), plus a cart with warm sweet and savory tamales to grab and go, a hot foods bar with tacos etc you can buy by the plate, and even a sushi counter. Plus the usual bakery with Mexican conchas and cookies, a full case of cakes, and various breads to buy in bags or by the piece. They also have aguas frescas and an iced coffee I really enjoy, with piloncillo. The front of the store has a plant/floral section that is well-priced, and I was able to get a mature Ruby Ficus for $20 - cannot beat that. Every time I come here, I buy MORE than expected while spending LESS - it's fantastic. At one point, sale packs of chicken were less than a dollar a pound and packaged rices were on BOGO. Produce prices are consistently competitive. Come here and keep an eye out for manager markdowns. For bonus points, they also have a self checkout area for convenience.
