There is also a good chance that you'll find something that you weren't looking for as well. They are generally well stocked in a variety of categories - whether you are looking for books, home decor, yard items or clothing they probably have something that you can use or want to buy. This is definitely a place where you could end up with a few impulse purchases if you're not diligent. Even with the appearance of chaos most things are always well-categorized so it is easy to determine what aisle or section of the store that you might find an item. The only interaction that I tend to have with employees would be at check-out. I don't think that I've ever seen anyone that works there walking around or stocking. I've never had a bad experience shopping here. Finally, most of the time the prices are reasonable, and you get what you pay for. I have noticed that sometimes bank and credit cards will have a cashback or discount option when shopping at Ollie's. Finally, the store is located in a shopping plaza that share a reasonably sized parking lot with other stores and a Buffalo Wild Wings.

It's an older location and it shows. From the parking lot to the back of the store it all could use a pressure wash and facelift. The floor has that distinctive look of wear and treat and no matter how much you clean it's just old. Most staff is at the register or pulling furniture in and out for customers. You may need to wait to find help if you want big items. Otherwise it's pretty easy to shop yourself and grab what you need. The lighting was dim and the smell was a bit rough as well, we felt like we needed to disinfect as soon as we left. It is crowded and a bit messy but that is normal to some thrift stores and there were some people with huge piles of clothing on their carts So there has to be some kind of value there... Many shelves empty or partially filled. Nothing like in the past when there was plenty to choose from on offer. I wandered to the garden center which was in the side, in a smallish room area and found the perfect table for all of $16. We were greeted upon arrival and checked on while perusing the isles. At first glance, the store seemed a bit small, which turned out to be incorrect; however, even though they had a good many things, including a very pretty wash basin and vanity desk, the place also served as a sort of boutique with lotions, soaps and other items to delight their older customers. As serious antique customers, we prefer real antique stores and unfortunately did not find that had to have item. I think it says something when the customer, after walking a third of the store, starts looking up other antique stores to visit next. It was worth stopping by; however, we will not be adding Wirewood Market to our favorites list for yearly trips.

Pricing is fair, although some items such as vintage Santa and Elf figurines were priced higher here than other local thrift shops in the area. There is a restroom available to customers who shop here. I didn't purchase anything today, but my mom found a bunch of stuff. She was ecstatic to find three Putz Houses (Paper Houses) that she had to buy. Two were selling for $12.95 each and the other for $4.95. The staff were great and gently wrapped all of my mom's items to protect them for the trip back to NY. The store is immaculate and decorated beautifully, we easily spent 45-mn to an hour here. They also have a little coffee station available for customers shopping here and the coffee is very good. There is a lot to see here and if you know anyone who owns a log cabin or cottage, bring them with you because they will be in heaven! I highly recommend stopping here if you happen to be shopping in the area. I know it won't be our last time shopping here.
