Even with the appearance of chaos most things are always well-categorized so it is easy to determine what aisle or section of the store that you might find an item. The only interaction that I tend to have with employees would be at check-out. I don't think that I've ever seen anyone that works there walking around or stocking. I've never had a bad experience shopping here. Finally, most of the time the prices are reasonable, and you get what you pay for. I have noticed that sometimes bank and credit cards will have a cashback or discount option when shopping at Ollie's.
