The SA driver did scoop up the easy to carry bags of expensive clothing. Silly me I envisioned those clothes helping women getting back on her feet with SA help, something nice to wear for a job interview. Or a nice coat and Sorel boots for the winter. I remember when Salvation Army was about helping people get back on their feet. Now it feels like a for profit. Or employs the power hungry driver who will put you in a lurch because he didn't feel like working that day.

Many over the top, expensive items that are incomplete or broken. Occasionally you can find a gem at a good price but rarely. I don't understand why Goodwill doesn't understand that if they price lower, they will move more product at full price, rather than people waiting for half price days or it getting pulled and taken to the Goodwill Outlet (which adds more cost).
