At some point last year I got fed up and said next time I bought flowers it would be from someone local. Mother's Day 2021 arrived and I needed to order flowers. Quick searching brought me to Town & Country Gardens. I ordered flowers from the website and there were plenty of delivery options for the upcoming days. I asked for it to be delivered the day before Mother's Day (Saturday). Sure enough, it showed up on Saturday. Not only was it on time but the quality of the flowers were excellent. My wife was impressed. Roses were the size of my fist. Very pleased with how they turned out. Yes, Town & Country Gardens is a bit more expensive than 1-800-Flowers. But I spent a little more to get higher quality out of a local business. Seems like a win to me. I'll definitely be using Town & Country Gardens as my go to shop for flowers.

While I understand the customer isn't always right, no one deserves to be spoken to the way I was by the owner. A simple apology would've gone a long way. I won't be returning--and I've since heard from several others who've had similar experiences with this shop.
