Dollar Tree is a bargain store and good for when you don't need to do a major grocery shop. Also, they have holiday decor at good prices. The selection of every day items id constantly changing as each season hits. The service is usually always good and they also have self-serve checkouts if you would rather use that instead of standing in a line for the cashier. Just went to Dollar Tree and bought a package of paper doilies that were clearly marked $1.25 but when I checked my receipt I had been charged $2. When I went back in and showed the cashier she informed me that all party supplies are now $2 and they just hadn't put a new sticker on yet. When I asked for a refund she refused. That is a 60% increase that is not marked. Watch out if shopping at Dollar Tree. read more

The service was fantastic. They do have good leadership at this dollar tree and are more than happy to help customers find what they are looking for or at least come close to it. The value, well, I can't really speak for that since the cost is dependent on Dollar Tree Corporate and/or the state. The selection is why I took off a star. This Dollar Tree is rather small AND there's not enough staff to offload all the new product and inventory it. It's unfortunate that I did have a particular item in mind and I couldn't find it because a) it wasn't in the store b) it was still in the shipment c) it was hidden under all the things that people threw around. To continue with point C, every time I go the store is a bit in disarray. The front looks great while the back shelves/back of the aisles are a mess. It was messy to the point I had a lot of go-backs on a day I went shopping; so I put the things in a cart that I knew was an admin type area. One associate came to me the next day when I did a return/exchange and told me that I shouldn't do that. I found that strange. They truly do have good people there. However, there needs to be more staff that cares and that can do their job well. Dollar Tree also needs to change their rules and regulations- for it should NOT be the employees fault when an item is voided AFTER it is scanned and pending purchase; which, as a retail worker myself, thought that was a ridiculous business practice and have no idea why that even is a thing in the first place. read more

The cashier was extremely rude. He said he couldn't take a $20 bill for $3. I was spending $12. He threw my change on the counter and threw my bag on top of it. The store is dirty and unorganized. read more

The store seemed a bit under-kept and under stocked upon first impression, especially for the seasonal items. The items I selected to create a Valentine's Day scene in my yard seem quality and no issues yet! I visited midday on a Saturday and there was only 1 checkout person, however they do offer self checkout which I utilized. This was a wonderful and helpful option as you know the lines can grow quickly when there is 1 register open. There were 2 employees stocking an aisle I needed to enter and they seemed very inconvenienced by my presence. I will admit it was difficult to squeeze past them with how the stocking carts were positioned but I needed an item in the middle of the aisle. It was not a pleasant experience accompanied by side eye. I am sure we are all used to it, but everything was $1.25+, nothing was a dollar. read more

Beware of this store, they just installed self-checkout and you'll really wait in line while their employees just stand by and watch you wait, then you'll be lucky enough to have Alan who will come to your rescue and overcharge you. Really watch these people as they ring you up and get a receipt. that's the only way that you can show if they overcharge you. This store has become not very trustworthy. read more

This is my local DT and it is amazing!! Employees are extremely kind and helpful. Store is clean/organized. This is the first DT I've been to that has a "dollar tree plus" section where items are up to $5. It's new! Haven't bought anything from it yet but I noticed they have large stretched canvases for $3 and other good deals. read more

Like ALL Dollar Tree stores, this store is a mess, too. Nothing is marked. Everything is just dumped in a heap. Shelves aren't marked. Signs are only generic. Nobody knows where the hell anything is. It's a kindergarten version of Costco, where nothing ever gets put back in its rightful place. Boxed milk, for example, is on the floor, shoved under the bottom shelf where it can't been seen. Once you know it's there, you have to prone yourself out on the ground and try to reach under the shelf unit to extract it, only to find out they've been there for months and are close to the expiration date. Other stores don't carry groceries at all, but don't expect them to warn you by posting a sign to that effect, so you don't waste time driving down there, parking and going inside. Yet, other stores throw frozen items so far to the back of the refrigerator, even someone seven feet tall would never see them. Like candy bars? A regular 88c candy bar anywhere else in town is $1 at Dollar Tree. Don't like carrots? Avoid ANY Campbell Soup product that shows a single diced carrot hidden somewhere in the picture on the label That means it's loaded with carrots, instead of what you want that's shown on the label. In the end, nothing here has $1.00 worth of product in it, and you're just being cheated by clever packaging and trick photography. And just because it's $1, doesn't mean it's more somewhere else. Safeway, the most expensive grocery store in America, sells a small can of black olives for 67c that Dollar Tree charges $1.00 for. read more

I was in there today and one of the cashiers said "She's closed on 2" this lady was unloading her cart.. she was like 80.. then the cashier yelled it "she is closed on 2" the lady never looked up and kept unloading.. then the cashier gets on the intercom and yells "lady at register 2 she is closed" the lady again doesn't look up! So the cashier is pissed and comes over and stands in front of the lady and yells "what don't you get? She's closed" and starts throwing her shit back in her cart. The lady looks up all confused and said "I'm sorry I didn't know" the cashier said "well I said it multiple times" the old lady said "I am hard of hearing, I'm sorry I didn't hear you" the cashier said "yea it's obvious you are deaf cuz I was yelling" The daughter came running over and said "you are very rude to my mom, she can't hear well, you owe her an apology" the cashier said "this register is closed, it's not my problem she can't hear, she can go home if she doesn't like it"The daughter goes "does anyone else think she was rude to my mom?" Today I went to the dollar store for what I was hoping would be a nice normal outing to buy a few knick knacks. When it was time to check out my friend and I were subjected to a middle aged woman named Jenn who appeared to have a face made of clay and posture of some creature that should have been extinct by now. She had a voice like sand paper and an odor that suggested her funeral was at least a month ago. She attempted a hard upsell by scanning items we had not selected and demanding we pay for them. Upon my refusal she began to shriek and shout like an ancient banshee before consulting with whatever poor soul had to suffer through being her supervisor. After a lot of bad noise she reversed the charges that she attempted to condemn us to. Truth be told I wouldn't have said anything about the unnecessary 2 dollars if I had known she would have such a repulsive reaction. 2 stars, it could have been worse, I could be the crusty old bitch who works at the fucking Dollar Store. read more

so I went into dollar tree today, upon being inside there was a lady who rushed to a checkout line but it did not a light so I followed her to check out as well. The lady rudely said "this line isn't open the lights not on" I advised her "the light to this other line isn't on so I was not aware" the lady (who is an employee) snapped at me and said "there the lights on now, this line isn't open". I proceeded to stand in line with the newly lit light on. When standing in line the same lady is staring at me, walking up and down the registers (by the balloons) and finally walks back and is still staring at me and giving me a dirty looks so I asked her "do you have a problem". Since at this point it's beyond noticeable what's going on. Now, mind you there's a lot of customers so it gets very quiet. The lady proceeds to tell me she was not looking at me (even though everyone else saw) and told me "you're not even that pretty to be stared at" as she's standing behind a register, yelling in front of the whole store. I asked for a manager, and turns out she is the manager. She laughed and said "me". So I asked for corporates number and she disappears into the office and would not come back out. This was racial profiling and I don't know who she thinks she is but JENNIFER you are abusing your power as a manager and especially during COVID-19, who are you ? First store I've been too during this crisis, and it will be my last time at this store. read more

When this store first opened you could tell the boss was running the store and had daily involvement. It was the best dollar tree for miles. Unfortunately it has gone downhill terribly. The shelves are bare and dirty. people were stocking, but if the shelves are empty at least clean them. The people that work there did not acknowledge our existence, but they were busy saying B.S. and the F-word. It is such a shame, this really was the best dollar store around now I don't want to shop there. read more
