I have been here many times over the years. The location of the store is towards the far backside…read moreof a very populated shopping center. Depending on the time and day it can be a bit hectic to get to the location, but there is a very large parking lot located in front of the entrances for Kohl's. There are two entrances with a Sephora in the middle of the store. In my most recent visit it appears they only have registers open near the right side entrance of the business (hopefully that makes sense). There were also self checkout kiosks available. Amazon returns are offered through the customer service area by the bathrooms (they have moved it toward the back right side of the store during holidays before). They have a rewards program along with a Kohl's credit card offering some amazing clearance discounts along with yearlong sales making it possible to go home for items less than $5! Even if you don't participate in their promotions, there are some great deals to be had. This store offers a large variety of items from clothing for everyone in the family (including pets!) to household items and furniture. They also have brands that are specific to Kohl's along with name bands. I feel like through the years sometimes the value of certain items are not as quality as I hoped (holes form, seams split, etc) but I also still have clothing items from here I bought over a decade ago. I feel that is more of a manufacturer issue rather than the store themselves as this seems to happen other places as well. I always make sure to check my items throughly before going home and typically don't have an issue. I am giving this store three stars based off 100s of visits over 10+ years. I have had bad visits, but also have had good visits depending on how busy store is, employee interactions, cleanliness, selection, etc. There is definitely something for everyone and worth a stop in!

It easily causes much frustration and could use an investment of funds to make the flow better. I imagine that there are multiple accidents. Though, I can only complain so much since parking is free. Other areas charge for parking or have packing structures, so at least you aren't dealing with that. Despite the parking lot frustration, I find myself frequenting multiple businesses whether on the East side or the West side of the shopping center. The West has the following that I frequent due to value of service and selection of product: Massage Envy, LoAnn's Nails, Cold Stone Creamery, Panera, and Verizon. A great selection of shops with periodic sales, so worth taking a trip to Superstition Gateway West.

There are a lot of collectible and toy stores, including a Mini so. If you know somebody who loves anime and Funko pops, you'll definitely find a gift here. There is an Ulta here, but it is a very small kind of weird Alta. The perfume section is very small. This would not be my first choice to go to Ulta. The food court has some good choices with a Sarko Japan, Wetzel's Pretzels, and Sbarro, but we noticed some of the food places are gone, too, like Charlie's Steakery. I didn't notice whether the carousel was running while we were there. This is a relatively small mall and we were able to walk from one end to the other on bottom and top floors. If you like sporting goods, the Dick's sporting goods outlet is here. Macy's has closed, sadly, but they're still at Dillard's and JCPenney here. It has some of the standard mall stores like Hot Topic, Bath & Body Works, Torrid, Buckle, and Charlotte Russe. The line for Santa was quite long. There were children dressed up and families with matching pajamas. I was glad to see Santa getting so much business, especially because the photos are so expensive. It was a little sad, though, because even though it's the weekend before christmas, there was absolutely no Christmas music to make you feel the holiday spirit, or the shopping spirit. I couldn't help but feel a little sad because malls are a part of my growing up. Now it seems as though most malls are on their way out, and superstition is definitely among them. I hope it's around for a long while yet, but I'm guessing it's years or limited.

They told me I had to go online and do it and purchase it online. The only reason I asked them to do it was because I was already at the store. I literally could've had them price override it so I wouldn't have to come back but yet they said they couldn't but their policy online says they can.
