Found a seinor lady scanning codes, stop and asked her if she could look in the back to see if any coffee bags are back there. I was told this " I'm sure there is but I don't have time to go and look" I said to her "wow , you don't have the time to go look" then she turned around and started scanning. People like this should not be in front of the customer. This is absolutely horrible customer service. Then I told the cashier , again a Senior, what happened he had the same attitude. Both of these people should not be customer facing employers. Obviously your there working because you can't afford not too!! Try helping your customer putting them first, how about that.. This store needs to hire 1 or 2 people to keep the shelves stocked , especially during the weekend. The store manager needs to recognize this store is losing more than 12 to 15 dollars and hour to hire a stocker specifically to stock shelves all day. Wake up store manager.

The other watch was my dad's watch that he gave to me shortly before he passed away. They listened to me tell them a little bit about the watch and my dad, and found the problem right away. It needed a new movement. They ordered the Swiss movement and had it working perfectly within the timeframe they quoted me. The pricing was very reasonable and the service was excellent.
