There are the standard varieties, but also some serious salted varieties, including ones I haven't seen outside Finland. Also, lots of other German sweets and chocolates. The woman working, went over and started snatching the cars from the table my child was at. He had placed six cars on the table top. I came back over and told my son to help put the cars back and that he could only look at one at a time. I sat in the adult chair at the table and asked him which car he liked the best. She had a horrible attitude and said that children are not welcome AT ALL TOY STORE. I cannot imagine a worse attitude for retail, let alone being a toy store so unwelcoming and rude to children. We left immediately without purchasing what we had planned to buy and as I was buckling my son into his car seat, the woman (she was older with a bad blonde dye job) had the audacity to stand at the door of the shop scowling. He did a great job at matching our palates to his descriptions of the wines he suggested.We bought several of his recommendations but I tell ya, Richard is enough to garner 5 stars for this star. Of course we bought other things but the find of the day was Bob's Red Mill Potato Flakes. We've been looking for product like this every sense Costco stopped selling a similar product. None of the other stores where we shop carry this Bob's Red Mill product. We had a wonderful cashier named Ana who also contributes to the 5-star rating. She was sweet and upbeat, even sharing a bit of her life with us. My wife and I always enjoy when a cashier makes checkout an enjoyable visit instead of, well, just checkout. You know you've had a great checkout experience when you spend some sizeable bucks in a store and still leave in a great mood.

We've actually made a couple of purchases at this particular store in the past 6 months after moving to the Poulsbo area. Our first purchase went off without a hitch and we felt like we got a pretty good deal, at the time we just needed a king size bed with an adjustable base, got what we wanted and everything was delivered a few days later. After that experience we decided to go back when we realized that it was time to update two of the guest beds in our home, this time we went in looking for a queen size bed with an adjustable base, a twin mattress, and 3 pillows. While shopping our sales rep kept pushing the "awesome cash back deal" with their credit card. Essentially, make a purchase that day, put it on their synchrony bank card, and get a decent chunk of change back. We were reluctant but he eventually talked us into it. Well here we are a few months later and still no cash back from our large purchase. We called the bank that the card is issued from and they informed us that the purchase was made outside of the promotional period. The sales rep seriously spent an hour trying to sell us on this damned cash back card and failed to mention that the promotion had ended? I mean this is just downright fraud in an effort to scam customers into signing up for their credit card. At this point we're ready to just return everything that we purchased, get our money back, and report the fraudulent activities going on at this location.
