The employees all seem very friendly except for one who was very rushed and short when I asked her a question. She seemed like she didn't have time for me. With covid and everything, I might have just caught her/them on a bad day. I found everything I was looking for and then some. Waited in line for about 10 minutes, which felt long, since they only had one person at the registers and I wished it would have gone a bit faster. My experience was nothing to write home about but still glad to have a place like this to go when hosting a party!

During that time 6 other customers attempted to enter the store only to discover the doors were locked. I'm not sure what is going on. This is very poor customer service, and it's losing you lots of customers. At the very least, a note could have been left on the door assuming an employee had an emergency.

Today was the soonest my husband (working in a different location) was able to drive up, take it apart and reassemble just to make sure we didn't miss something. Discovered the tension knob does nothing, so when you rock you go waaaayy back and you can't adjust it. The base is off and the chair tilts left and right. Despite being told that we had 30 days to return the chairs, and today's the 20th day, read the fine print and look for signage that supposedly exists in the store. With furniture you assemble, you have to disassemble it, put in original packaging and return within FOURTEEN days! Otherwise, you have to contact the manufacturer. We spent close to $900 and were planning to return for a standing desk. We won't now.

Although I'm not a fan on how BBB merchandises, I do enjoy shopping at a small-town location because I'm actually able to find what I need. I had a mail-in coupon that was expiring. BBB does a great job on sending those coupons consistently. I needed to re-stock my k-cups, so having some of those coupons in my bag is always useful and convenient. Their k-cups selections were well-organized. I picked out one of the Caribou breakfast blend and headed straight to the register. There was one (1) cashier working on price-adjustments for the customer. However, there were four (4) others in line waiting. The primary cashier quickly gathered other available cashiers via the radio, and the line was efficiently cleared and everyone was well on the way to his/her vehicle. There are other choices of retailers that I can purchase k-cups at, but with BBB continuously sending coupons to me diligently, BBB has become my go-to destination for our k-cup needs and soda stream flavors/canister refills.
