The parking lot is always a complete disaster, no matter the time of day, and once you finally make it inside you'll notice they're perpetually understaffed. Checkout lines are painfully long, self-checkout is chaos, and somehow there's never enough open registers. I also wouldn't touch their meat or produce with a ten-foot pole. It's the textbook example of a massive corporation that prioritizes the bottom line over quality, efficiency, or customer experience. Convenient by name only. If you value your time or sanity, shop elsewhere unless absolutely necessary.

What I don't like is the poor conditions of the restrooms. They are outdated, poorly maintained. The fact that things that are locked up that shouldn't be and the things that should be aren't. There is also a cashier that we have dealt with a couple times has been very rude to us and apparently other stores and it has made us decide to go to a closer store that the wife does not like going to just because of this one cashier (I guess she was wearing a pink bandana but my wife doesn't know her name).
