How disappointing, came to this location around 5;00pm on a Tuesday evening. Pretty busy, you get what you buy for $1.00. There were only two lines open, each line had at least 10 customers deep, last lane was a manager named Amanda, whom I asked if she would be opening another lane, and her answer was "the two lines you see are the two lines you get". Not great customer service, especially from part of a management team. Buy the time it was my time, I reached a very pleasant cashier named Crystal, and because of Crystals out going personality, is the only reason this establishment received a second star. read more

All I can say is that I am from New Jersey and moved here in February. I have been to many Dollar Tree store but I must say this is my "Go-To" store indeed. They are clean and have many valuable items that other stores do not have. I am planning my wedding and it is in 2 weeks and I bought all my flowers from here and other items for my center pieces. I look at some DIY videos on YouTube and they said the items came from the Dollar Tree and so I went hunting. To my surprise this Dollar Tree has had all of the items and then some! I highly recommend this location. I am not sure about the other reviews but my experience has been 5 Stars!! Oh and the Associates were nice too! read more

This is my go to dollar store in the area. Quality is decent for $1. This is especially a great place to go if you need party supplies as they are well stocked with quantity and selection. Mostly just solid colors but that works for me!! Also, the helium balloon selection is large! Like previous reviews say, the lines can get out of control here so prepare for that. I once walked in during the holiday season and almost walked back out. I think this is also a hot spot for wrapping paper and other supplies so that's why it was hopping. All In all, I still make this my go to dollar store. The benefits far outway the negatives! read more

Why is it everytime I go into this store there is a line of people, and 3 workers plus the pony tail manager just standing around bullcrapping. Then one person jumps on register and the manager just looking around dumbfounded. Like who the hell gave you that job, you see customers lined up down the snack aisle and yet you don't jump on register to help out. read more

On June 12, 2020 the dollar tree in Trexlertown Pennsylvania charged me twice for one sale. When I tried to rectify the problem with the manager at the store I was told I needed to do a bank dispute. This was handled very poorly. There should be safeguards in place so that customers do not get overcharged. And if a mistake is made the store should rectify the problem immediately. read more

The best compliment I could pay to this Dollar Tree is that it's marginally less depressing than the other Dollar Trees I've been to. My family used to get herbal-flavored Colgate here. It was made in Africa. (The box suggests you call Johannesburg with your questions and concerns.) I bought my mom some Junior Mints whose insides had been dyed blue and yellow. I'm not sure if I got my dollar's worth out of those. I question the wisdom of buying medications here for a dollar, but they do exist. If you go here with the right mindset, you might have some fun looking at messed up off brand items. And by that I mean you should be drunk. This store sucks booty. I was in a long line waiting patiently, making small talk with my sister. Then out of no where everyone starts starring at me like i have food on my face. The location of this Dollar Tree is very convenient to our home. That being said, I never want to enter this store again! I'd guess that 70% of the time that my fiance and I have gone into this store, we have put our items back because we didn't want to wait in a line of 20 people at one register for one or two items that we could just as easily purchase somewhere else. Today was the last straw. We are currently planning for our wedding which is less than two months away. We went into this Dollar Tree to purchase some items to go into the centerpieces. (faux floral items). We also picked up 2 1-liters of soda and a 20 oz. soda. We waited in line because this seemed like the best place to get these floral items for our centerpieces. The total came to $20.14. Unfortunately, I only had twenties. I had nothing smaller and absolutely no change. I handed the cashier two twenties and apologetically told her that I did not have any change. She stared at me for 30 seconds to a minute with a very irritated look on her face, and when I realized that she wasn't moving, said to her again, "I don't have the change. I'm sorry; I have nothing smaller than twenties." She then asked if I had any one dollar bills. By this point I was pretty irritated, but was still apologetic and calm, explaining to her, yet again, that I had nothing smaller than twenties. This sixty some year old women then proceeded to call out throughout the store asking if anyone had any change. A woman in line gave her fifteen cents. Now, I was a little more than irritated. I was absolutely appalled that this woman had to make such a huge spectacle over this, rather than just counting out our change. I said nothing. She closed her drawer, and started helping the next person. Remember, I gave her two twenties. I asked her where my change was, and she stared at me as if she was a toddler and I was asking her to recite the Gettysburg Address. In order to get my money back, she had to call a manager to the register, and then said manager needed to go to get my money from the safe in the back, rather than being able to open the register! This same manager, when I complained about the incompetent cashier, made a snarky remark! To top all of this horrible customer service off, the place was absolutely disgusting with trash littering the floor. I will absolutely never return and will absolutely be going out of my way to a different dollar store somewhere else, if need be. To sum it all up, if you want to go somewhere to experience absolutely no customer service, incompetence, and embarrassment, this is the place for you! read more
