The racks of clothes were mostly well organized; although it seemed like the petite coats were mixed in with the regular women's coats. There aren't enough mirrors, but that's ok. The prices were great! Nails (store associate in jewelry/accessories was extremely pleasant and helpful. I cannot rave enough (positively) about Carlos at the checkout. What a fabulous employee and genuinely kind person. I would probably go back there just because of our experience with him. :-). The women's bathroom was not very clean. Very disappointing. The location of the restrooms is convenient; however, I recommend skipping them if you can. Or at least bring hand sanitizer.

The line to the register was worse than Christmas. They had two registers working while I stood in…read moreline for 35 minutes, however, at the changing of the shifts, they went down to one cashier while the new girl signing in to a register proceeded to put hangers away for 15 minutes. I asked the manager, Sam, why. He said it was a safety issue and then HE questioned ME about what I could possibly see from a line. I asked to speak to someone else who might care and he pointed me to a phone number that was the store phone. The real manager is out on leave says the theft prevention guy. I am not sure who teaches a "sales manager" to dismiss a paying customer. Complete disrespect. The store is trashed and run by a bafoon starting at 4 pm weekdays. ​​

Can lightening strike twice in the same place? Not…read morenormally but damn, have I lucked out with stuff at this Kohl's. Same premise as last time. I needed new kicks (man I hate that term) and remembering that last year I had some really good luck here I went to the well again. Low and behold they still had the exact same style in stock, in store, on sale, with the ability to add promo-coupon-discount codes and by using the old lady's Kohl's card there was another discount. The email came an hour later to come on down and pick things up. The only hiccup came when I got to the customer service desk in the store as they didn't have the order at the desk so someone had to be dispatched to find where the shoes were. Two minutes later shoes in hand I took off. I would rather core my eyes out with a melon baller than go shopping but if you have do it and if you know exactly what you need this system from Kohl's works exactly as advertised.
