With an attitude like that, you should NEVER work In retail that involves more customer service period. To management of Ross please improve your hiring and training process. Because of the aforementioned, I initially opt to not take a car through the store, knowing that when I do, I'll definitively purchase many more items than intended. Reason- there's always a treasure chest of great finds, and items you forgot you need, want to get, or the price is so reasonable, how could you not purchase the item you're drawn to. The Marshalls and HomeGoods store is divided into one space for the former and the latter. The store is maintained extremely well. The store is clean, add organized, which is often difficult because customers believe they have a sense of entitlement wherever they shop, and whatever they decide they don't want is not placed back where it was found, nor the way it was found (on a hanger, hanging from a display, in the correct aisle, shelf, department, etc.). The store is well lit and spacious. In Marshalls you can find clothes from toddlers to adults of any gender, jewelry, accessories, outerwear, workout essentials, confines, perfumes, shoes, luggage, hair care products and appliances, facial and skincare products, toys, collectibles, sports fan gear, and much more. In HomeGoods, there have seasonal and non-seasonable items well organized and displayed. There's aisles with each of the following, lamps, rugs, furniture, furniture accessories, framed artwork and photos, mirrors, pet supplies, clothes, and accessories, bedding, linens, pillows of all types, sheet sets, comforters, and duvet covers of all sizes, bath products, bath furniture, storage, and accessories. I usually have to run around the parking lot looking for a cart cuz there are none in the store cart area or outside cart area. Also, the cashiers never ask if you wanna put your phone number in for sales and a couple of weeks ago I bought a cart full of stuff, when I actually found a cart far off in the parking lot, and the whole time the cashier never said anything to me about putting my phone number in. At every other store, they usually make sure you put your number in. Its the first thing that pops up on the pin pad but not at dollar general, you have to ask to put your phone number in and thats also how digital coupons are done. She finished ringing up my big order and I had already put the bags in my cart and paid when I realized I didn't put my phone number in and I had bought a lot of things on sale. The cashier told me there was nothing she could do about it and then she called, "Next!", for the next customer in line...trying to push me out of there. At shoprite or any other grocer that you can use your phone number...if you forget to put it in, you can show them and they will adjust what you paid for. Its a shame cuz they have good products at low prices but they don't even have enough space at checkout to handle a cart full of items.
