So I bought those! :) There are some good deals in this store and a great variety for both genders! The store was very clean and the stock was well placed! During the return of an item purchased online, the cashier was rude, impatient, and visibly irritated. At the time, there were no other customers present. I addressed his behavior by stating that he was being rude; I did not , insult him, or behave disrespectfully. After I thanked the cashier and stepped away to continue shopping, I observed the same cashier start helping another customer, and both of them began laughing and making derogatory comments about me. I returned to the counter to address this behavior, at which point the other customer began yelling at me, telling me to "behave better," completely unaware of the irony of his own actions. The involvement of other customers in a matter between a Nordstrom employee and me was inappropriate, unnecessary, and deeply unsettling. When I stepped outside the store to contact Nordstrom Customer Service, an individual named Justin approached me and introduced himself as the manager on duty. He immediately stated that the cashier who assisted me was the kindest and most polite employee in the store. He also referenced the existence of video footage. I asked whether he had personally reviewed the video, as his comments appeared to reflect a preconceived bias similar to that displayed by others involved. He acknowledged that he had not viewed the footage. I informed him that I intended to contact Nordstrom Customer Service, as this was not the first time I had felt humiliated at this location. I thanked him and left. While in my car, I contacted Customer Service and was treated professionally and respectfully; the representative demonstrated a high level of understanding regarding my experience. I have been a loyal Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack customer for many years and have shopped at locations across the country. I have never experienced treatment like this elsewhere. Unfortunately, this incident marks the third time I have felt disrespected and humiliated at this specific store. On a prior occasion, I spoke with the store manager, Mr. Matthew, whose response I found to be dismissive and arrogant. I clearly stated at that time that I would no longer shop at this location, but unfortunately, I did not respect my decision and my boundaries. Given the seriousness of this incident, I am escalating this complaint to higher levels. The conduct of both the employee and the customers who felt empowered to intervene without any factual understanding of the situation was inappropriate and raises concerns of a potential hint of discriminatory behavior. I was informed that video footage with audio exists, which I welcome being reviewed. I will not shop at a store where I am made to feel unwelcome, disrespected, or singled out. I choose to spend my money where I am treated with the same dignity and respect afforded to everyone else.

After I browsed around for just under a half an hour, I found it next to impossible to find a woman's dressing room. Tip: The dressing rooms are tucked away in a smelly, dark corner of the store. The only way you'll find it is to ask or to literally stumble across it; I suggest that former. Generally, the overall vibe I get when I'm in this location is claustrophobia. As if that weren't bad enough, all the staffers I've encountered here are either simply unhelpful, or unhelpful AND rude. While I'm not ready to give up on the TJ Maxx chain in general, this location is one and done for me.

I asked a near by associate"candy " if it was possible and it seem like she was going to say yes at first but then hesitated and said "no we don't , I usually tell people to go to the mall smell them and come back !". I left it at that and left, since her hesitation threw me off I decided to call the store once out of it. I asked the same question and was told "yes you can smell them before purchasing as long as they are not wrapped or in a box " by what sounded like a young man. So very off putting and uncomfortable service would not recommend especially if a person of color unfortunately, just out of personal experience. Would not recommend! Candy is a racist unhappy bigot

When we asked Regina for support to see if he could try it on, she seemed resistant at first saying "she'd have to take it out the box". Baffled and disgusted…read more I ordered 9 items from their garden center last night as part of a gift for a family member. I am presently ill and relying heavily on delivery services. I spent roughly 4 hours researching both items and substitution options. I also gave the shopper permission for "a next best option" and added extra tip money. This should've been straightforward: apart from 2 fruit plants, all items were basic garden flowers. I favored items marked as "best seller" with good reviews. I received multiple confirmations today, including an email informing me to get ready to receive my items. About 90 minutes before my scheduled delivery, I received the attached cancellation notice without any additional context or explanation. As I urgently need a gift, I considered re-ordering and sought information as to why an entire order would be cancelled. I called customer service and was told several things--some of them contradictory, and all of them deeply concerning: -Your items were carefully packaged and loaded, and then your order went missing -All of your items were out of stock--though this is problematic, as I gave the option of substitution "as desired", and a substantial hold was placed on my credit card so the shopper could choose pricier items. -All of your items were in stock 15 hours ago, but as of now they are out of stock because they're very popular. However, if you reorder, we will provide substitutions this time, "Don't worry!" The whole matter seems surreal and absurd. I can't believe such an established company would have such poor policies, and I am no longer a Walmart customer.
