There is a lot of parking, I was worried about being towed based on the signs but the girls said they don't give out tickets and I didn't get one so yay! Overall I was happy with my lashes. We discussed lamination, and she was very thorough and even demonstrated to me how that could look. I'm really excited to go back to her in the near future to either do lamination or micro blading. There are a lot of people in LA who offer these services, but I would recommend you go for a consultation with Alena. Tracy is truly the sweetest and most accommodating person whom i'm always able to rely on. A true time-taking perfectionist-- which i admire! I am always able to trust her on how to style my lashes (full classic is my favorite). Before she begins, she applies under eye stickers and gel patches which is so cooling on the eye area. I don't see many technicians apply gel pads on their clients which makes me feel luckier to be at Tracy's since it does make a difference throughout the experience. When she begins she is very thorough and gentle when applying each lash onto my real lashes. Never have i had even the slightest bit of issue during her service.
