When we asked for the correct batteries with the product he did give us, he gave us a battery box that was half empty. When we asked him to at least refund that batteries we couldn't use he told us he was completely unable to issue any kind of a refund. When we asked him to contact his boss so that we could get that refund he told us to call the cops or get out. We recommend House of Vape in Annandale. Better prices, more helpful staff, and the person behind the counter won't make you feel gross for being a woman or a lesbian. And you're less likely to get cheated.

In fact, the prices are much lower than any convenience store price. This is especially true for the beer case prices. We picked-up a case of Coors and a case of Heineken for at least 20% less than what we would normally pay at a grocery store. The selection here is also much more robust than anywhere else. They even have a cigar section of all things! I like to shop here especially for those special occasions. They always have had everything in stock that I need.

At first, the selection was a bit intimidating as they have tons of the PG (Paul Garmirian) line but not much else. However, a quick trip down memory lane on what I enjoyed a few months back at J. Gilberts quickly reminded me that I thought the PG cigars were quite good. You do have a price range - you can get some smaller gauges for around $5 and keep going up in quality and depth to $35 on some. I recommend trying a sampler to get your feel for what you like or have the tobacconists recommend a few smokes based on your preferences. In my opinion, it's fairly priced for what you're getting and it only gets pricey when you start thinking of buying boxes. But if you can't afford to enjoy smoking your money, why are you in the shop to begin with?

When I said I would rather stick to something I had seen him smoke before, the clerk laughed at me, said that was ridiculous and then pointed to a box of cigars and said, "well, these are Armenian, so you wouldn't be willing to buy one even though its a good cigar just because it was made by Armenian people?!?!?!" Apparently customer service in this store means showing the customer something they aren't interested in and then implying that they are a racist because they don't want it...
