I'm not sure what that smell was when I walked in. Kinda like opening a long forgotten refrigerator in the Sahara. I'm not sure when the place was last cleaned. It was lunch time but my order was delayed because the oven was off! I don't think they thought anyone would actually order. I know ... I know... you're thinking did you actually order? I did I wasn't spending my own money on this and I wanted to see how bad it got. Besides it was interesting to see the poor girl trying to figure out how to enter my order. I have a love/hate relationship with Dolly's. I love them because they have delicious pizza. I am a bug fan of their gluten free cauliflower crust, its healthy and yummy. They also text out specials which are usually a great steal. Here is the downside of Dollys, they ALWAYS screw something up. Like literally, every single time! They have "lost" our order, given us the wrong food, delivered to the wrong house and once we waited 2.5 hours for our food! So while they can make a good pizza, they need to get their act together in the delivery and execution department! The managers always seem completely unphased by the mistakes also. read more

I ordered a ham and cheese sub/grinder and it was the BEST I've had. The bread was grilled and not doughy, the sauce was DELICIOUS and they sure didn't skimp on the ingredients (to the point it was a bit messy to eat! LOL!) . The delivery person was fabulous and even wished me a "good meal". I used to think the best sandwich, ever, was Big Boy's Slim Jim, but this is so much better--and bigger! I never knew Dolly's had these until I looked up their menu online. LOVED IT!! read more

Just moved to Michigan and everyone told us we had to try Dolly's. Wasn't disappointed. Pizza was very good as were the breadsticks. I forgot to add ranch to my order and didn't have more cash, and the very nice young man working offered to just buy it for me! I placed an online order recently. The confirmation email said it would be ready for pickup in 25 minutes. Arrived a few minutes early, was told it wasn't ready yet. No problem, after about 10 more minutes waiting, they almost gave me someone else's pizza. Finally after waiting for 30 minutes or so, the girl says,"seems how you've been waiting so long, do you want a free 2 liter?" I asked what the hold up was, and she said their ovens were backed up. After I had watched at least 10 orders, that came in after I arrived,got filled. In other words, they forgot to put my order in. Finally, after 35 minutes waiting in the store it was done. Oh and everyone, working in the back"kitchen" were NOT wearing masks or they were pulled under their chins. Which I also commented on before I left the store. WORST SERVICE EVER!! read more

Did a web curbside order , they "forgot" two things we ordered and when I called up there the "manager " started right off yelling at me then she hung up on me. Paid 11.65 for a large 3-topping deep dish which is insane when you compare the price with surrounding competitors. I've never eaten a deep dish cheaper than $25 so I was a bit hesitant ordering this. To my surprise, toppings were fresh, dough was great and the sauce really impressed me. Every time I go in, I'm met with respect and kindness. Pizza was absolutely delicious and worth 4- stars. Customer service is always great and deserves another star. read more

They've gotten better, good since first review, sometimes mediocre, this last time, was the worst pizza to date, not cooked properly. The quality of food and accuracy of order depends on who's working at this location. One day it could be good, next day it could be mediocre. Not a good trait to have. They have the classic big breadsticks at this location, unlike the Pontiac Trail location, which is a bonus for anyone who remembers them. read more

Been using this Dollys location for years, but unfortunately that has come to an end. Why??? Called in a pick-up at 7:20, I was told 20-25 min. and got my pizza after 50 min. During my wait others came in, ordered and left with a pizza before me. I was also lucky enough to get a pizza that had been sitting the whole time I sat at dollys (~30 min.). To say the least the pizza didn't taste so hot being about an hour old. This is not the first time it has happen. Sorry Dollys, but you lost my business to Jets around the corner. read more

The best part about dollys is that it's not a HUGE franchise, so it has that traditional taste you want from pizza rather than the say "hot-n-ready" mass produced taste of other pizza places. The cheese is phenomenal, the sauce is great too! read more

Ordered boneless wings , expecting them to be cooked in sauce, they weren't, and they were fried not baked or how every other pizza franchise makes them. The tuna grinder is my new fav! Our boutique is right behind Dollys in R&M Plaza, so we have tried just about everything on the menu and, over the past 4 years, have become kind of burned out on pizza (and also seeking a healthier alternative). I'm not sure how healthy the tuna grinder is, but it is truly outstanding. In comparison to Subway, the 8" Grinder is far more filling than a 12" sub and perfect for two to share. The potato wedges are a great compliment to a grinder. The service has always been outstanding and they have never forgotten my side of "cheese dip" - which is a total MUST HAVE especially if you have their plain bread sticks - the cheese dip is a cream cheese and garlic dip. Lots of other places have this dip but Dollys was the first place I tried it and the BEST. It has the perfect amount of garlic it in as opposed to other places. Its super light and fluffy and if you have leftovers use it on a sandwich or bagel the next day. read more
