Don't text your order, it never works out! The 4th wrong texted order! This week I ordered a medium size Supper Specail. Pizza! Where it say specail instructions: I wrote please give me the bold pepperoni and not the big flat ones! They didn't even bother to read it! I got the big flat slimy pepperonis. 7 sm. bitssize pieces of ham, and it was loaded with sauce, way too much, and green peppers. Just a few little mushroom and Onions. The vegetables were very crispy hardly warm! For only ordering a med size pizza that cost me 25.00. You'd think they could read the order! I didn't bother to call jet's, last order I placed wasn't right! I got a total Mushroom pizza, when I ordered a med size bold fold pizza! And ordered mushrooms!! After spending $67 including tip and all the other fees, let's start with the boneless sweet chili wings, these were cremated, sauce unevenly spread and inedible, even my dogs wouldn't eat them and they eat each others poo- the large pizza had all the toppings just in clumps and dough was soggy at least the dogs liked a slice each- the large 8 corner pizza was well cooked and presented well it only had pepperoni on it so hard to screw it up- ordering process is cumbersome- positives delivery was timely and driver pleasant and well mannered read more

This is our favorite Jet's location hands down. We ordered carry-out the other night. When I arrived I checked my pizzas and realized they didn't make the correct pizza. They have the best customer service ever! Not only did they remake the pizza, they went above and beyond and threw in something extra! The individuals who work here are always friendly, humorous, and treat their customers right. I ended up coming home with an arm full of boxes. The pizza here is amazing. It's always crispy and cheesy. They don't skimp on the ingredients or the cheese. Their ovens cook the pizza to perfection. Compared to this place, I'm often left disappointed by other locations. They make incredible ranch and garlic cream cheese dip. The Jet bread is amazing, and their wings and salad are wonderful. I enjoy the sandwiches and Jet boats. Everything at this location is good. There are so many reasons why we frequent this Jet's. Plus this is our yearly New Years dinner tradition. Jet's is a Michigan pizza treat. read more

Be careful !! I ordered a pizza and wings. Total came to $41.5 then told them I had a $5.00 coupon so new total $36.25.... He made sure to tell me to give coupon to driver who delivers. Ok "I said".... Gave driver $5.00 coupon plus $10.00 tip.... Looked at my CC statement They still charged my account full price....So I spoke with Manager Reagan and she said she didn't have a transaction for me. But to please Hold.... Then came back and said she couldn't do anything about the five dollars because she didn't have a transaction for me. This was the worse service ever. Delivery of 45-55 min turned into 1 hr and 40 min plus and still no pizza. Standing outside and I see driver stop and turn around. I call and they state he forgot something. I have over a dozen kids screaming they are hungry and I still have no pizza. BTW I still have no pizza and chicken as I write this! Best large chain Carry-out pizza in Metro Detroit in my opinion. I always order the large square for my family with flavored crust and am consistently happy with the pizza. The crust is crunchy with very good taste, cheese is plentiful with great flavor and all ingredients/toppings are fresh. Relative to service, the pizza is almost always ready within 15 - 20 minutes and the packaging is robust and does a good job at keeping your pizza hot while you drive home. If your not as cost conscious as I am, Jetts also has home delivery which is in line both in cost and service to other Pizza joints/chains in the area. lastly look for their coupons which are readily available through local mail service as they give you a great discount ($13.99 for my large Special with Garlic crust). Overall, great value and taste at an affordable price where it is is able to stand toe to toe with the more expensive specialty Pizzerias in the area. Four stars..... read more

The pizza is always delicious. We recieved amazing customer service. There was an issue with our order. We ordered a chicken alfredo pizza but they made us a chicken parmesan instead. When I called to tell them we received the wrong pizza the employee immediately transferred me to a manager who explained they no longer carry the chicken alfredo pizza and were unable to make one bc they don't have alfredo sauce. She was very apologetic and made us a brand new pizza with all the toppings we wanted and even had it delivered. The manager went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied customers. Serious problem with their online ordering system AND delivery process. I've given them 4 tries to get it right. Twice they claimed they did not receive my online order even though I got a confirmation. They even admitted that when it is busy the online orders might get "overlooked." So I ordered via phone to avoid that. Guess what? Something must have gotten lost in translation cuz the order was 50% wrong and/or missing. Hence the reason I like online ordering because the human error part gets minimized that way. Tonight was the last straw. I placed my order at 6:10. At 7:40 I called to ask where it is. Took the manager almost 5 minutes to bumble his way thru the online orders to finally admit they had not processed it. Order was finally delivered at 8:40. For starters jets pizza is my ultimate favorite pizza chain, But this place is complete s**t, when I walked into place my order I felt like I was inconveniencing them just to get my food! I ordered the deep dish chicken, bacon and ranch along with a medium round with two kind of pepperoni. Thought the medium round was a bit pricey, $14.99. Had pizza's delivered. Was very disappointed with the deep dish, it was burnt and dried. I called and the manager Parker told me they would give me a credit of half off. Why only half off when the whole pizza was burnt and dry? She stated that the deep dishes are baked at a higher temperature to make sure the bread is done. Two pizza's delivered with tip was forty dollars! I would think they could afford to give me a full credit for a dried up pizza. read more

Clumped together so it obviously wasn't just a random hair falling off. GROSS!! This should never happen in a restaurant or any food service establishment.
