Notified them the same day, they responded that ARE declined the claim. Pines agrees it should be a warranty issue. The ARE manufacture said we should have notified them earlier?! They agree it was a defect but was easier to fix if noticed earlier. They want $525 to repaint. I asked Pines that we bought these from you? What do you plan to do to help? I ask what the new topper price was & all he said was it more than the one quoted earlier. He never said the price. So when the new one came in & I was excited getting my topper fixed, come to find out my price doubled. I am NOT happy with the customer service I received by the office person.
