I don't expect any car wash to do anything perfectly but the job they did was blatantly lazy and unprofessional. Paid $95 including a tip which was not deserved in the slightest for a wax and clean. As you can see, I came back to the car with dirty seats, smudges and water drops. It seems like they completely ignored the windshield given it is completely dirty still. I would recommend saving your money and time. Go somewhere that cares for your car. read more

Online and in person their operating business hours clearly state that they close at 6pm M-F. I arrived at 5:25 on a Monday and was turned away and told that they were closed. When I called the office, a man answered and then hung up on me when I asked what time they close. Very unprofessional. read more

I have been washing my car with them for a few years now, the washing part is perfect. No complaints there. The problem is the Ineficiencia Latina ( huge delays) they told me my car will be ready in An hour and 10 min. We were waiting for the car to be done inside the mall, we literally were there just for the Carwash and we waited for 2 hours before going back to pick up because they usually take longer than they say. The car was seating inside the washing area getting wet with no one actually washing it, they just had it there. They didn't do anything to it for two hours .... sorryyy that's not aceptable, we didn't wait , we just got the car and drove away, never coming back to this Carwash. Something a wax would've easily removed. After arguing with me and denying it they wiped it off with a towel. Had it been a real scratch I'd be screwed. Careless and dishonest. Do not come here!!!! Not worth it. I took my car for a wash, paid $75 to get it shampooed and cleaned interior and exterior. They don't clean the interior of your car that well, all they do is get a dry wipe and barely clean it. And when I told them to please look at it because it's still dirty, a bad attitude guy named Denis put his arms over me and started cleaning with a dry wipe. Then he started insulting and cursing just for nicely telling them to clean it. Please don't waste your money. They did an okay job deep cleaning the seats. read more

So I left my car here which was in dire need of cleaning and while it took much longer than I was told (I did the wash and wax) - they did a great job with it. My problem - and why I'm giving them two stars is I checked in and showed the employee the offer for the 20% off the service and was told "he didn't know how to apply the coupon so I had to pay the full price and the guy who knows wasn't there". If I could select NO stars, I WOULD!!! Huge disappointment in the service we received. To begin with it's not on the cheap side and for such high tech equipment, I expect the job would be done right. Let me add we tipped very well. Well, we shouldn't have. I sent my truck back for a second wash. It was full of smudges and bugs not to mention the inside of the doors and all cubbies were not cleaned, even after I pointed it out and sent it back. When I got it back, outside smudges, dirty cup holders and center console storage dirt and dust we're still there. A guy came when he saw I noticed it to wipe it down. I dropped off my car around 5:20 and was repeatedly notified how they close at 6.. as if I didn't hear it the first 5 times. within 30 minutes after leaving the car to get washed, I get a message saying it's ready. As I go back to the car I inspect it all around, sit inside, just for me to see it's left the same way I dropped it off? stains, dirt, and etc. it was only vacuumed.. I had to ask another employee if it was done, he told me yes. I didn't understand why my car wasn't washed properly. when speaking with the manager, he says "I have to be specific as to what kind of detail cleaning I wanted for the car" I shouldn't have to be "specific" for you to know I wanted my car clean, smart guy. finger prints, stains, etc are left all over my car from them touching it. only good thing about it is that my rims at least look nice. save your money and time. read more

They charged more for a truck only to finish the job in 30 minutes (inside & out). I had to return the car 3 times because they didn't vacuum or wipe it down properly on the inside. I finally left when I realized they didn't care. Convenient if your shopping but horrible work product. read more

This past weekend I visited the Dolphin Mall with the family and decided to try out the car wash. It was my first and last time I will try them out. I chose the wash & wax. When I returned approximately two hours later, I walked around the car and noticed an unacceptable amount of dirt and grim on the vehicle still. I mean the wheel wells weren't even clean, and there was dirt between the grooves of the vehicle. You would think for the amount of money they charge, the car would have been spotless. The interior of the vehicle was also left dirty, leaving areas inside that were not vacuumed. When I call one of the employees over and pointed out the horrible job that was done, he seemed bothered. He called over another employee and had him clean what was left dirty. When I pointed out the wheel wells that where dirty, he had the mordacity to tell me he wasn't going to clean that cause he didn't want to mess up his hands. Needles to say he ended up cleaning most of the spots while complaining the whole time. It was a huge mistake trying this place out. This place was just unprofessional all around, from the first person I made contact with trying to over charge me for the size of my vehicle at first, to the lack of service provided. In this journey to find a place that can wash a car, clean and dry it efficiently has proven to be quite the task in Broward and Dade. The cleaning portion of the outside was actually ok but the drying was lacking as water was just running from the crevices of the car. They vacuumed really well actually and I insisted on standing there to watch them. Why you ask because when I was waiting for them to start my car they were horse-playing quite a bit with customers cars and driving them in an aggressive manner. I witnessed this and right there I knew I was sticking around instead of walking away. One worker was supposed to do finishing touches on a customers car and was on his cell phone most of the time. The customer came and he didn't even finish. A quick wipe down and that was it. My wash was $25 for SUV with $4 tip so $29 in total. I was not the cheapest but certainly wasn't deserving either. I instructed them not to put tire shine and well they started on one wheel and boom on to the second before I noticed what they were doing. At that point it was too late. I mean come on already. Isn't there somewhere in South Florida that takes their job seriously anymore when it comes to washing cars? Over all the car looked good and they did a good job on the interior minus the leaking water. I will not be back. read more

Decided to go to carwash while shopping at dolphin mall.. The car wash was OK found a lot of black smudges around the outside of the car that look like grease and one of the employees helped me to clean it, also the middle center console was left dirty and one of the The doors in the inside was left dirty. Which they cleaned up for me. The car didn't smell clean but granted I wasn't there to pick a scent so that is possibly why they did not scent the card. But they could've asked me before I dropped off the car. The car was ready on time which was great. The staff was very friendly. Paid $25 for a small SUV plus $4 dollars tip came out to $29. Which to me was a little pricey for the type of work that was done. Would only returned due to the convenience of getting a car wash while shopping but wouldn't go out of my way. read more

If I could give this place 'no stars' I would. I would take my car to this car wash and they would do an ok job but the last time I went they scratched the top of my roof and claimed that it was not their fault and was impossible for that to happen in their establishment. They said that all car wash lanes had 360 cameras to capture every angle so when I asked to see the cameras the guy told me that to come back tomorrow because the camera guy had to set it up. I came the next day and the same guy who told me that story was setting up the cameras. We watched the film together and when you can clearly see the car wash attendant holding a hose and seems to hit my car but brush it off they said that , that couldn't of happened. Coincidently, the scratches paint on my car matched what seemed like the tip of a water hose. I was told the owner would contact me in order to better assist. He never contacted me and I left him countless voicemails trying to reach out him. DO NOT waste your time at this car wash. God forbid something happens to your car and they don't want to take responsibility. read more
