Biggest complaint is they claimed the price was $5 more than the sign. I hate when people play games. If prices went up change the sign. Or write over the price with a sharpie for all I care. So far I've had two pretty good experiences at this car wash. I was intimidated to come because my Spanish is average at best; however, if you only speak English, you'll be able to get by. You'll definitely hear more Spanish but this is Miami after all. I have a small SUV and a backseat regularly covered in plenty of dog hair. On my last visit, they charged me $20 which I found to be pretty reasonable. It'd probably be less without the hair everywhere. I'm not super picky but will say the car comes out rather clean! At the end, they let you pick a smell if you'd like and I usually opt for the new car one. The "waiting room" is nothing to write home about but the wash doesn't take more than twenty minutes or so. Their prices just went up... It's now $15 for a car $20 for a small SUV and $25 for larger SUVs and trucks. I didn't mind when I was paying $15 + $5 tip for my little SUV... But for what they did for $25 with tip, I won't be coming back. They didn't clean my SUV any better than before. You're still getting the basics. Vacuum the inside, foam wash, dry, a scented spray if you'd like and some shiny stuff in your tires. They don't clean the dash or seats with product, they simply wipe those areas with a towel. read more

Beyond disappointed. I took my car mainly for the purpose of cleaning off poop from the hood and they tried to sell me $80 wax because If I didn't my paint would 'chip immediately'... nonetheless I settled for the $30 wash, waited 30 mins. When I got inside my car didn't smell clean and didn't look clean. The cup holder still had a napkin in it. It wasn't cleaned. My floor mats weren't clean. I truly believe they just washed the outside and dusted the dash. When I got in the car and was about to close the door an employee stopped me from closing the door and told me tip wasn't included as he extended his hand for gratuity. I gave him a $5 tip because I felt bad but the service was crap. I am so MAD! I am taking my car to EL CAR WASH to finish the job read more

I've come here 3 times. The first was decent, I had to tell them to touch up a few things but nothing major. The following 2 times were horrible. I get there and they first tell me it's now $30 for SUVs but guaranteed it will come out really clean. I agreed waited over an hour only to have the interior of the car barely cleaned. My headrest still had the sweat from when I got there so did the center console from my arm. Little to no work done on the inside. I called them over explained that it wasn't clean properly and told them I just won't be coming back. Not worth it. read more

This place is The Bomb. It's a $10 full service car wash, and you absolutely get what you pay for. Believe it or not, a few dollars make a difference when it comes to car washes. The more expensive car washes will obviously do a better job. You can't deny it and you can tell the difference a dollar or two make, but for ten dollars I don't mind the little stuff that was left untouched. I rolled in on a very dusty car, the result of a drought in South Florida. The messy interior, well, that's me, my friends, and my kids. Three attendants were on deck and guided me under a multicolored canopy. I stepped out and all three started to work on my car immediately, in a "man, get out of the way" manner. One used a pressure gun to clean the wheels (if you have rims, watch out for scratches), another one was spraying soap with a water gun (professional one, not the super-double-blaster XL) and the third one was scrubbing away. In less than ten minutes, my car was done-deary-dong. The wash being finished, one of the guys drove my beauty to another set of canopies, used for the drying and detailing. As he drove away, one more car showed up, and the two remaining attendants got busy. Then another car came in, and it was one man per car. They finished washing, they drove away, more cars came in, and a second round of attendants came out. All in all, there was about twenty five people scrubbing, watering, drying, detailing. A small royal army of car washers. When I got called in to get my car, after about 30 minutes of drying and buffing-- I was wondering what was going on-- I was glad to see that my car was shining like the day it came out from the dealership. "Oye, que brillo". Not only was the outside clean and shiny, but the attendant had greased all the trims and the car basically looked like new. I was amazed. He got a nice tip, which he gladly secured in his Nintendo controller bi-fold wallet. Of course, the devil is in the details. Inside, it wasn't as clean. And of course, it is the standard at the $10 places, but if for once they would clean the interior like they clean the outside, this place would be gold. But that's what ten dollars buy. I used to always go there and the job was done absolutely great, but this last time a guy I never seen before didn't do a good job, actually looked like he didnt even bother to clean the inside. When I arrived he pushed for a shampoo and detailing, but I just needed a regular wash, I dont think he was too happy just to do the regular wash wich is of course less money, maybe he thought I wasnt going to tip him well? terrible experience they charged me $120 plus tip for a detail I was fine with the price. the technician didn't even clean under my car seat in the back I picked the car seat up and it was filthy under there so he went back and cleaned it and did a bad job. on top of this, they didn't dry off the floor mats on the bottom! only on the top! i got into my car this morning it smelled terrible and mold is growing in my carpet from the wetness and humidity on the carpe. this is super irresponsible and dangerous and lazy. This Carwash place is definitely more competitive than most places that are machine washed. It is HAND WASH. So for a small car like a fiat to a Toyota Corolla starts at $15[INSIDE & OUT] Bigger SUVs or trucks go for $20 or so. Pro Tip: when you pull up make sure you get one of the persons in the blue shirts because they will continue working. So as a first timer I didn't know this and ended waiting like 7min for someone to help me. Also be patient most of them speak Spanish but they will understand you. PRO TIP: They accept all debit and credit cards as well as cash monayyyyy. So I went on a weekday and wasn't too packed. Had 4 cars I front of me. And was out by 25min. Inside, tire shine, trunk vacuumed, car freshener spray! But as they say. No one will wash your car as well as you will do it. So they did leave my side mirrors Uncleaned. You get a full service car wash for $10 bucks! How amazing is that! I have been here over 5 times to get my brand new car cleaned and I haven't had a problem with them. They are all every kind men who are willing to make your day better by just cleaning your car. You can tell them specifically what you want them to do before giving them the keys. The wait is around 30-45 mins, depends on how busy they are. Best time to go: In the morning during the week days. Weekends are their most busiest days. This is my first, only, and last time to attempt to get a car wash here. I realize this is Miami, but English is still required for basic business. I had to ask 2 employees "how long is the wait?," before a customer finally answered me because every employee answered me with "I don't speak English." Well, then, you need to learn it! took my truck to get washed and was a returned a car with a HOLE in the seat and drenched in some type of oil/grease that ate through the leather. Called the owner and she told me that it wasn't her fault, that she wasn't going to pay for any fixes to get done to the truck. Called the police and the police officer told her multiple times that this wasn't the first time that he has to come out to this location about a call involving a customer and their car being damaged.
